The hotel has a lovely design with a stylish and cozy atmosphere, and the location in central Palma is excellent for exploring the city. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable
One thing that really disappointed me, though, was the hair dryer. For a hotel at this price point, the quality felt more like something you’d find in a basic motel… I’d highly recommend invest some good hair dryer for your guests.

The reception lady’s English level was not great.
She over explained the issue and not listening
But hopefully everything went well.
L’Hotel présente la parfaite association de l’élégance et de la discrétion. Le personnel est attentionné et bienveillant, le cadre est enchanteur avec ses deux patios et son roof top et ses chambres sont décorées et équipées avec goût et beaucoup de soin.

What a hotel. I couldn't recommend it more. The rooms were gorgeous, the staff were so attentive and thoughtful. Perfect location - would happily recommend to any friends or family, and would 100000% return. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was very slow. Took over 30mins for our omelettes. . Also ran out of bowls for cereal had to wait for some to be dishwashed.
Upstairs in the bar ran out of glasses. A bit poor for 5 star hotel. Did not have enough.
Fantastisk sød personale i receptionen. Vores værelse, en suite, var fantastisk. Tagterrassen var så smuk, herlig udsigt, skønt med en lille plunge pool.
Morgenmaden var fin, men ikke noget særligt. Kaffen var ikke så god på hotellet.
