A wonderful stay with a magic breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast must be the best in New Zealand. A wonderful buffet is presented each day. But as well there is the option of cooked breakfast to order. This delivers fresh, hot cooked eggs of choice with beans, hash browns, bacon mushrooms and tomatoes that are far superior to the very best hotels' buffet breakfasts we've had to date on out three week trip around the North Island!!
Breakfast staff are also very welcoming and friendly. It was a delight to come to breakfast each day.
The room was well equipped and of good size and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Overall I cannot think of anything for this section.

Pros:

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The room was very stylish and the whole hotel was very clean. Location is great, definitely good value for money. Staff were super friendly, check in and out was easy.

Pros:

Great central spot for a work trip. Pillows and bed are elite. Love the Nespresso in the rooms as well! Come regularly for mahi and always book in here.

AVOID.
Pros:

GOOD A LA CARTE BREAKFAST, SOMEWHAT ODD WITH THE CHEF BEING WAITER AND BUSSBOY TOO.

Cons:

ROOM TOO COLD, RECEPTIONIST ATTENDED 3 TIMES & COULDN'T GET THE A/C TO WORK, SHE CALLED THE OWNER TWICE WHO COULDN'T BOTHER TO ATTEND.
ASKED FOR A QUIET ROOM, SO OURS WAS ABOVE THE GARAGE ROLLER DOOR, THAT SOUNDED LIKE A BOEING 787 ON REVERSE THRUST EACH TIME IT WAS USED - ALL NIGHT TOO.

Comfortable beds and very clean. A pleasant and uncomplicated stay.

Modern and clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The view wasn’t great from our room and we had a very small window.
The small bedroom in our 1 bedroom family unit, didn’t have a window or an aircon vent so door had to stay open or was very claustrophobic and the Bedside lights didn’t work.
