Stark and no art our soul, it’s like they have ran out of money at the end.
It needs some wow factor it lacks any artistic flair and doesn’t live up to its names sack. People go to hotels not just for a bed but an experience that they can’t experience at home.
The layout, welcome at reception, the room, very quiet, very comfortable bed.

No cutlery/plates in room
1 bed apartment, with 1 small double couch, bit light on furniture
Location
No microwave, No cutlery or plates, a coffee cup too small for anything. Thermostat on wall was preset and could not be changed. Every light bar the bed lights were all on a main switch and you could not turn 1 on, it turned every light on
The location was very good, easy walk into town and Marine Parade
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice
Room was a very good size with a kitchenette area, a microwave in this area would be have been a bonus
The size of the rooms, the really comfy bed and especially the pillows, would love to know where they arefrom
we were staying 2 nights, and we were in room 306 which was in a small hallway with another room, and before 8.30 in the morning after our first night, the cleaners were in the room banging, vacuuming , yelling over the vacuum to talk, and the cord for the vacuum cleaner was across our doorway, so hence we had no sleep in, so that was really disappointing
