Decent, but declining over the years from what appears to be lack of investment in upkeep.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The man who checked me in was helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The room we were assigned smelled STRONGLY of cat urine. It is a odor I am familiar with and it hit us like a wall when we entered the room.

Clean room/facilities, typical hotel breakfast (good), and polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and polite. Hotel areas and room were clean. Breakfast area was kept clean and well attended while guests were using it. Parking lot was clean.

Cons:

Internet didn't work with a VPN so I wasn't able to use it. I don't use public wifi without one, as a precaution, so that kinda sucked. Could do with steam ventilation for bathrooms.
