Pros:

Room was clean but very small. Location is perfect - just outside of tube entrance and close to Waitrose/Boots/ restaurants. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Breakfast was good.

Not what I expected. Heat almost killed me.
Pros:

Very kind and polite staff; the balcony was very nice. It was very clean although there was some smell in the bathroom. Good location.

Cons:

The air conditioning stopped working on the third day of my stay and although the staff provided a fan (as the hotel was fully booked), it was unbearably hot in the room - 28-29 degrees C. The heat wave made it worse and I was on the verge of collapsing in these conditions - no air con; no fridge or cold water; no coolness in or outside. Despite having a Genius level 2 in Booking, I wasn’t offered anything but a fan. Breakfast provided lacked variety; there weren’t any bread slices for a toast. Tiny glasses for juice. Some nasty smell in the bathroom.

Remek lokáció, kedves staff, kényelmes ágy, de hiányo fürdőszobai felszereltség és unalmas reggeli.

Az ágy kényelmes, az ágynemű puha. A lokáció nagyszerű. Érkezéskor és induláskor elhelyezhettük a bőröndjeinket. A staff nagyon kedves.

Cons:

Sajnos a fürdőszobai ventilláció nem megoldott. Wc kefe nincs (???), a hajszárító nem működött. A reggeli elég sekélyes, a helyiség hangszigetelése katasztrófa. Egy zajos konzervdoboz az étkező.
Sajnos ágyi poloska csípésem lett, amire egyáltalán nem számítottam.

Hotel has underground rooms, which we got unfortunately. Has some noise that can affect sensitive people sleep. You should ask for higher floor when Booking, because the hotel does not warn you about this.

Excellent hotel. Really loved staying here. Hotel rooms are compact but very well deigned and laid out. Clean, colourful, bright room. Felt like new. Hobby is the same. Compact in size but bright, vibrant and welcoming. Staff were great too. Friendly and always ready to help. Location is excellent. Two minute walk to the London tube. Fantastic Italian restaurant nearby - Da Marios, worth a visit. We will be staying here again!
