Reasonable choise for stay in London. No fridge in the room. It was necessary for eye drops and food

A good stay if you want to see a lot of London and just stay in the hotel to sleep.

The Location in the Heart of Kensington is perfect to explore London and with Gloucester Road Underground Station right around the corner it’s a good spot to stay.

Elena at the breakfast serving was very service minded and really asked us if we needed anything. Great job. The team in the reception was just tried.

Cons:

The team in the reception convinced us to become a "member" for an early check-in and a free drink. They couldnt sign our emails to their system - some internal issues. They refused to give us a free drink and over three days never solved their issues - they should learn more about customer service.

We liked our room and the fact of the terrace made our stay particularly nicer.
Pros:

Location and the lobby looked nice the area neighborhood was very nice. Terrace of our room was a bonus for the longer stay.

Cons:

What put me off was a stale smoke smell that seemed to permeate the entire place. It made everything seem dingy. Even though objectively I could see the lobby was nice enough. I also thought the makeshift aspect of the front desk at the bar tables seemed weird. Maybe they were renovating?

Gostei de tudo! A estação que fica literalmente na esquina tem linhas muito completas! Consegue ir para quase todos os lugares sem baldeação!
O quarto é limpo, banheiro é bom e os colaboradores muito queridos! Com certeza, se voltar pra Londres, é lá que vou ficar!
