Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast is small, but you can eat and not feel hungry with the port
Pros:

The location is excellent, first and foremost. It's right in the center, with all the sights nearby.
We had a large room. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was on the shady side, so it wasn't too hot.

Cons:

We didn't figure out the hot water at first, but the receptionist explained how to fix it.

Elhelyezkedése kitűnő, de a szoba nagyon régimódi.
Pros:

Nem azt a szobát kaptam, amit foglaltam, hanem egy hátsó sikátorra néző, 3 ágyas, régi, büdös szobát kaptam, rettenetes volt.

Schön nur gegen Aufpreis; Top-Lage
Pros:

Top-Lage in der Altstadt, direkt bei der Weißen Brücke.
Bewertet haben wir hier das über booking gebuchte Zimmer. Wir sind sofort gegen Aufpreis umgezogen - das neue Zimmer (mit Balkon-Erker) war sehr schön!

Cons:

Teppichboden (finden wir generell schwierig).

Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer (Doppel-Standard) war winzig, mit einem Fenster nur zu einem mit (lauter) Klimaanlage zugebauten Lichtschacht. Da kriegt man Beklemmungen!

Pros:

Hotel je priamo v centre starého mesta. Raňajky boli servírované na tanieroch formou výberu zo 4 možností. Jeden tanier obsahoval omeletu, druhy volske oko, tretí párky a štvrtý bol vegánsky. V cene raňajok si bolo možné vybrať len 2 nápoje. Napríklad Kávu+ čaj, alebo kávu +džús. V prípade, ak ste chceli inú kávu ako expreso,bolo potrebné za kávu zaplatiť. Čo ma najviac prekvapilo bolo to,že raňajky sa začali podávať až od 9 tej hodiny ráno.Pre tých,ktorí chcú chodiť na výlety je to dosť neskoro. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý.Neďaleko hotela bola stárá tržnica,kde sa dali kúpiť mieste špeciality. V blízkosti hotela sú výborné reštaurácie s miestnymi gruzínskymi jedlami. Peniaze sa dali vymeniť v neďalekej banke. V hotely peniaze nezamieňali. V prípade, ak sa do Kutaisi ešte niekedy rozhodnem ísť,určite si vyberiem zase tento hotel.

I had to change the room because of the noise of the aircon plus bathrooms are quite smelly do to the sewer. It’s just dated and with a little bit of renovation has a potential!!

Top location and spacious rooms, but needs maintenance
Pros:

The hotel is very central, perfect for exploring Kutaisi on foot. The room was also very large and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a persistent smell of smoke/dampness in the room. The shower leaked from the wall and hot water took a long time to arrive. Breakfast is only savory and coffee with milk is not included.
