I may or may not return to this hotel next year
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The dining room staff were excellent. Chick in and check was escellent. Transportation was avaiakable.

Cons:

There was a serious problem with a ride to the airport upon our leaving. Even though we had reserved a van, it was not supplied. Also, the quality of food in the hotel restaurant was much less than expected.

Sir the only problem is other guests I found were substandard. Many were rude to other guests. Hotel staff were ok.

Other guests were rude. Also I have knee problem suggest one staff to help breakfast bring tea and coffee.

Pros:

Quite a number of places to eat, not noisy, very clean and tidy, located adequately planning to fly from Bogota airport.

Cons:

Getting charged in my home currency instead of local pesos even though i mentioned to staff thereby incurring more cost. Staff weren't available at breakfast to welcome guests or assist with seating.
