Fantasztikus
Pros:

The receptionist made our stay unforgettable. We arrived after midnight by bus from Ha Giang and he carried our heavy bags up to the room himself, was endlessly kind and friendly, and even helped us with our early wake-up for the 6:00 train. Although we left before the breakfast hours, he still packed a small takeaway breakfast for our journey – and when we left at 5:30 in pouring rain, he walked us all the way to the railway station (400 m) with an umbrella. Perfect location right next to Hanoi Station, clean and comfortable room, excellent value – but the service is what we will remember. Eternal gratitude, highly recommended!

スタッフの方が本当に親切で、希望のツアーを手頃に手配してくださったり、簡単な朝ごはんを用意してくださいました。帰りは深夜のフライトだったので、チェックアウト時にハノイ空港へ向かうまで荷物を預かっていただき、なんとシャワーも貸してくださいました。今までに経験したことのないような対応をしていただいたので感動しました。

Pros:

The hotel is similar to other hotels as others I've stayed in Vietnam in this price range. Room is quiter. My first day internet dipped but then staff has given me a sim card free of charge to hotspot and also a extention cable, but wife was over 60mbps rest of the days. So all good.

If i can i will give 10 stars to the staff who did the absolutely best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They bought coffee / breakfast for me.
I've e stayed many places throughout Europe and SE Aisa but i can say without a doubt the hospitality I've recieved at this place is unmatched.

Thanks to Sophia, Queen and Don, bellmen Kong and Huy for their hospitality.
Who ever is their employer. Please Pay them well. People like this is hard to come by.

L'établissement est parfait le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Hanoi, les chambres sont propres et spacieuse, le Wifi fonctionne très bien.
Et vraiment j'insiste sur cette partie mais le personnel de cet établissement est en or, ils sont aux petits soins pour les clients, attentif, toujours prêt à aider et à donner des conseils.

Das Hotelpersonal war wahnsinnig aufmerksam!
Sie haben uns eine tolle Tour gebucht, bei den Zug- und Busfahrkarten für die weitere Reise geholfen, ein großartiges Lokal empfohlen, um mit Einheimischen Fußball zu gucken. Darüber hinaus konnten wjr über sie waschen und sie haben uns für Tour und Abreise extra noch eine kleine Jause eingepackt. Auch dass einem von den Pagen Rucksäcke aufs Zimmer getragen und stets die Türen geöffnet wurden, war für uns ein komplett neues Erlebnis. Wirsind erst einen Tag weg aus Hanoi und vermissen es schon. Ansonsten war Ausstattung des Zimmers, Sauberkeit usw. komplett gut und angemessen für das Preissegment. Die Buchung eines Hotels in Hanoi war etwas mühsam, da es viele gefälschte Bewertungrn, KI-generierte Bilder usw. gab, deswegen waren wir unfassbar dankbar, dass wir hier so viel Glück hatten :)

Cons:

Wenn Vietnam ein Fußballfinale gewinnt, kann es Nachts lauter werden :D.
Auch hier wurde uns angeboten, ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu bekommen, aber es gibt ja Ohropax :)

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, a unos 15 min caminando del centro, lo que es bueno considerando el tráfico y el ruido de la cuidad, así que conveniente.
La habitación está bien para el precio, así que cumple calidad precio.
Lo mejor es la atención del personal, demasiado amables y preocupados.

Cons:

Es un edificio antiguo, le falta una actualización, pero cumple bien en todo.
El baño es con ducha abierta, por lo cual se moja todo, sería bueno tener una separación para evitar este problema.
