Pros:

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất niềm nở thân thiện. Đi bộ vào phố cổ khoảng 20 phút nhưng ngược lại rất yên tĩnh. Không có ăn sáng nhưng chung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn. Giá rất phải chăng. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng.

お得感のあるほのぼのとした家族経営のお宿
Pros:

施設は古いがよくメンテナンスされており、清潔感あり。価格からすればお得感あり。駐車場が直ぐ前にある。エレベーターがあるので荷物が大きくても便利。家族経営らしく、フロントの対応は親切。
泊まった部屋は広場に面していたが、階段の窓から（誰でもアクセス可能）Anghiariの旧市街の素晴らしい眺望が楽しめる。旧市街まで5分程で歩いて行け、食べるところには困らない。広場をはさんだホテルの向かいのBarが深夜まで営業していた。

Cons:

特に無いが、シャワーブースがちょっと狭い。

Nice quiet hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

Great place to stay even just for one night in Hanoi. Very clean and very friendly staff. Slightly outside the busy old quarter but walking distance.

Pros:

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I didn't get all their names but a particular thank you to Loi, the very smiley girl and the handyman who worked very hard to make the stay great. Their help and recommandations were very appreciated! As for the hotel, very well located (near the train street), I could easily walk to any place I wanted to visit, big room, very comfortable bed, I would definitely come back!

Cons:

I had small hiccups with the AC and the shower but it was very quickly solved by the staff, who are available day and night and work very efficiently!

Pros:

Lovely accomodation and a great price. Staff were wonderful and even packed a breakfast for me the next morning when catching the train. This was done when breakfast was not a part of my stay. Also Duke took my case to the station the next morning himself to help me. Queen also gave me some great advice when checking in and was on hand if I needed anything at all. Lovely staff!

Pros:

Whilst the room and hotel itself was very good and had everything you could need, the service was simply exceptional.

All of the staff were extremely kind and very accomodating, Queen in particular made me feel very welcome and helped me out a lot.

I was immediately upgraded from a non window room to a window room as soon as I entered.

Whilst I only stayed 1 night they allowed me to store my luggage and then come back later and even take a shower before departing for the Ha Giang Loop, they even gave me a little gift including water, fruit and snacks for my journey.

The location is in a very good area, I walked around everywhere as it was very close.

The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, good ac and wifi. They even provided some extra toiletries such as tooth brush, comb and a razor.

Even though I stayed 1 night I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely reconsider staying here if I am ever back. Great place to stay

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Good value for money in Central hanoi, near the train station and a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. Quite for most of the time but you could hear the train every now and again.
I was given a better room upon my arrival and I had no issues. Brilliant staff

Cons:

Struggled a little to find the accommodation on my arrival as I was trying to find the hotel by the number. 44 and 46 are quite some distance away from the hotel who's number us 45.
