Konumu harika ve temiz bir otel
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Yürüyerek 7-8 dk metro istasyonuna. Oda çok temizdi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otelden çıkış yaptığımızda uçağımız geç olduğu için ücretsiz bagaj saklam hizmeti de verdiler.

Cons:

Otelde klima yok. Londra koşullarında klimaya çok gerek olmadığının farkındayım ama gittiğimiz hafta sıcaklık 32-33 derecelere kadar çıktı. Odaya masaüstü fanlarından koymuşlardı, yine de bira serinletti.

Pros:

Sehr zentral, ein angenehmes Wohnviertel. Große Zimmer und Bäder, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Minibar. Fester lässt sich nur einen Spalt öffnen. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Lokasyon, odaların temizliği ve büyüklüğü gayet iyi. Personel çok yardımcı

Cons:

Çok sıcak havada, odalarda klima olmaması sebebiyle konforu biraz düşürüyor. Ancak kışın özellikle lokasyon ve personelin çok iyi olması sebebiyle, kesinlikle tercih edilir.

Cons:

I booked a room here during a major London heatwave temperatures exceeding 32 degrees. Immediately after booking, I realized the hotel does not have air conditioning. Because I have a chronic lung condition, staying in a sealed room during a heatwave without proper climate control is a severe medical risk for me.
​I contacted the hotel immediately to cancel, explaining my health situation. I wanted to give them the chance to release and resell the room right away so nobody would lose out. Their response? They told me they only provide a "fan and an open window of 10 cm" and flatly refused to help.
​Even when Booking.com stepped in and proposed a waiver or compromise, the hotel management rejected it. They chose to keep my money for a room they knew I could not safely step foot in.
They would rather pocket the cash for a room they knew could not be safely used than provide a reasonable level of customer service.

Nice but hot
Pros:

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent.

Cons:

Heavy curtains, the blind didn't cover the whole window. No mirror beside the dressing table, chair too heavy to move away from the toilet door. More tea bags and milk could have been left, 2 cups of tea per person per day is a little insufficient, considering the price of the room. If air conditioning cannot be installed, then air purifiers should be available as well as the fans to supplement lack of air conditioning to help people with allergies during hot weather.
There was a heatwave everyone had to endure, but the room was excessively hot, verging on health problems and causing lack of sleep.

Pros:

Hotel is located on a very quiet street in the heart of London, just a short walk from Oxford Street. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, which I consider the most important aspect, along with all the other advantages. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Hatten 2 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach 1 Nacht abgereist..
Pros:

Neues Badezimmer und das Bett mit sehr guten Matratzen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Restaurants und Pubs.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Das Fenster war nur 10 cm hoch zu schieben und somit war es unerträglich warm.
Mobiliar und Teppich abgenutzt.
Am übelsten war allerdings, dass aus der Dusche ausschließlich extrem heißes Wasser kam. Erst, nachdem das Wasser ca 20 Minuten lief kühlte es sich leicht ab. Das wäre nach Auskunft des Personals auch normal.
Es gab keinen Getränkekühlschrank etc.

Lovely central hotel, will be back.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean hotel. Excellent location. Large room. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Left luggage available pre and post check in.

Cons:

No air con in our room which would have been fine if we hadn’t stayed during a heatwave.
