Easy check in, good sized rooms & clean space. My room had separate shower & toilet so was wonderful.
no AC, but it was a heatwave so fan was fine
Very clean, lovely spacious comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice.
No air con on floor 5, unfortunately the fan provided didn’t cool the huge room so made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It was the hottest day of the year so appreciate that the hotel can’t help that. An air con unit is needed in room 51!

La ubicación es excelente. Estaba cerca la linea de bus 453 que te conecta con Piccadilly y paseando eran solo 20 minutos.
A great central location, value for money, very comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. Only downside was no air-conditioning during the unusual heatwave. Will definitely stay again

The hotel is ideally situated for us as we were seeing a show at the London Palladium, just a 10 minute stroll away. The hotel was very modern & clean - lobby area is very nicely decorated & staff were very friendly & welcoming.
Our room was very good value for money. A decent size room, well laid out with plenty of plug sockets & storage. Bathroom facilities were very good (and bathroom was a very good size compared to a few other London hotels we've been to.
Breakfast was good - a nice buffet selection with hot/cold drinks.
The only drawback was the street noise but ear plugs are provided. We would love to stay again as everything else was perfect so we would try to get a room on a higher floor.

Unica pecca l’assenza di aria condizionata per rinfrescare le stanze e alloggiando in una tripla anche con il ventilatore facevi poco. Normalmente a Londra questo aspetto non è fondamentale ma i giorni di agosto sono stati caldi anche qui.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Le camere sono impeccabili: sempre ben pulite e spaziose. La colazione era perfetta: una selezione molto buona!
La posizione é strategica a pochi minuti a piedi da vie come regent street e Oxford street. Hotel molto comodo anche per raggiungere le attrazioni principali di Londra! Consigliatissimo!
