Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Einen lieben Dank an das Reinigungspersonal.

Cons:

Das Ausziehbett für das Kind war extrem unbequem und durchgehangen. Und wie schon von einigen erwähnt, störte uns der Underground. Dieser ist im Erdgeschoss wirklich gut zu spüren.

Perfect hotel on a great location
Pros:

Location was great, it was superclean. They don’t have airco but without even asking they provided a fan. So we could sleep just fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Not much choice but tasteful and you can hear the tube. It wasn’t bothering us but it’s good to know.

I've stayed here several times and love the location and the rooms!
Pros:

Very helpful staff! Beautiful room.

Cons:

It was frustrating that the window could only open a little bit, given the heat. The staff kindly provided an extra fan, but it would have cooled off much faster if the window could open more.

I would love to have a small fridge in the room.

Perfekte Basis für die Erkundung von London
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut: sehr ruhig, öffentlicher Nahverkehr in der Nähe, gute Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem die zwei Damen im Frühstücksraum.
Das Badezimmer und das separate WC sind neu.

Cons:

Dass man die Fenster nur 10 cm hochziehen kann, aber das ist wahrscheinlich eine Sicherheitsvorschrift.
