Great location. 24 hour reception with helpful and friendly welcomes and check-outs. Room and bathroom extremely smart and well-appointed.
Everything was 'spot-on', thanks.
Didn't have breakfast. Size and cleanliness of room and facilities.
Pillows were too soft and one pillow was not sufficient for reading in comfort.
Excellent value for money! A fresh, clean hotel with a 24-hour reception. I love the Fitzrovia and Marylebone areas and always enjoy staying in this part of London. I’m so happy to have found this hotel and look forward to staying here again whenever I visit London.
