Aanrader als je een fijn verblijf wilt!
Pros:

Ruime kamer met fijne badkamer! Airconditioning werkte prima, warm water uit de douche en genoeg ruimte om je kleding en spullen op te bergen.
Locatie was top! Binnen 5 minuten (lopen) stond je op het strand en met de scooter was je zo bij de Dragon Bridge en alle markten. Ontbijt was zowel westers als lokaal. Voor ons dikke prima!

Отвратительный отель, не рекомендую!
Единственный плюс — добрый охранник.
Худший отель за всю нашу поездку во Вьетнаме. Сказать, что мы разочарованы — ничего не сказать. Из плюсов здесь только локация, всё остальное — ни о чём.
Что конкретно пошло не так:
• Грязь повсюду. В номерах убираются исключительно «для галочки». Пыль, разводы, углы вообще никто не моет. Ощущение полной антисанитарии.
• Плохие завтраки. Выбор скудный, еда холодная и абсолютно невкусная. Продукты выглядяли очень грустными, в итоге завтракали только тостами с маслом, а курящий повар прям на кухне вообще шокировал. Не могли поверить собственным глазам.
• Игнорирование со стороны персонала. Сервис и гостеприимство? Нет, не слышали. Персонал на ресепшене тож удивлял, никто даже элементарно не здоровается с гостями.
• Бассейн на крыше — это шок. Картинки на сайте и реальность — небо и земля. Бассейн, судя по всему, вообще никогда не чистят. Стекла вокруг него настолько грязные и заляпанные, что через них ничего не видно.

Единственным человеком, который проявил хоть какое-то уважение и человечность, оказался охранник (или консьерж) на входе. Единственный вежливый, очень добрый и отзывчивый мужчина во всем отеле. Ему огромное спасибо, а вот менеджменту отеля должно быть стыдно.

Итог: Обходите это место стороной, во Вьетнаме полно отличных отелей за те же деньги, где гостей действительно ждут. Сюда больше ни ногой!

Pros:

Everything was good. Especially the price. Staff was outstanding and full of smiles. Housekeeping daily. Room was clean and AC was great.

Cons:

Some of the guests were quite loud and inconsiderate with the slamming of the doors but at this price point it can be expected.

Cons:

Pool wasn't great, but we didn't mind because we were there for the beach. Brekky could have had a few more options, but it was good. We filled our tummies.

Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand und den Restaurants
Man kann das Fenster öffnen, wenn auch nur einen Spalt und das Zimmer ist schön hell

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nichts für Europäer.
Die eine angebotene Wurst kann man nicht essen, ich esse Toastbrot mit Marmelade

Was very disappointing. I hope the hotel does something to improve. Its my humble request.
Pros:

Golden Line Hotel can be aptly described as The Beautiful Lady without a Heart. What is the use of beauty without heart? Even though the hotel is in an excellent location, it has a poorly behaved staff. Smile is something missing in their tasks. They behave as if they are running a detention camp for prisoners. However I am surprised by the fact that this hotel is chosen my many travellers only to face shabby treatment from their staff. The only thing I liked is their house keeping. They did their task 10 on 10.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast is quite good. However the staff at the breakfast area is horrible. They are without smiles and unwilling to serve anyone. They keep frowning at you as if we have come to eat free food. The worst staff I have ever encountered in any hotel I have stayed. I caution future travellers about their ice cold response.

Da Nang in Strand und Restaurant Nähe
Pros:

Gute Lage in kurzer Entfernung zum Strand.
Viele Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmärkte.
Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Früher Check-in war möglich.
Bequeme Betten. Effektive Klimaanlage.
Das Fenster konnte man öffnen.
Es gab eine Minibar mit günstigen Preisen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein. Gut für 1 Person. Bei 2 Personen mit je einem 20kg Koffer wird es eng.
Das Frühstück war nicht so mein Fall. Suppe, Reis, Gemüse und naja.
Die Pool Area wird leider vernachlässigt. Die Bar ist Geschichte. Der Aufgang abenteuerlich und nicht einladend. Keine Pool Handtücher. Die Auflagen der Liegen schmutzig.

Pros:

Olcsón szálltunk meg itt, nagyon olcsón, de iszonyatos volt a szoba. 22nm2 ár értékarányba ez simán belefért. Ablak egy mühelyre nézett. Ez is belefért. De olyan dohos szagú es koszos szobát mint a 305-ös egész vietnámban nem találtunk, pedig ezen kivül még 8 szálláson voltunk egy hónap alatt. Azt hittük a 4 csillag garancia, de sajnos nem volt. A légkondin vastagon állt a penész. 305-ös szobát kerüljétek el!!!!

Egyébként a reggeli, a tető infinity pool nagyon szép és jó volt. A staff varázslatosan kedves. De a szobával nagyon megjártuk.

Cons:

A peneszes legkondi, a dohos szoba, a koszfoltok a falakon és fürdőszobaban. Büdös ágynemü. A 305-ös szoba!
