The cleanness, the location.

Cons:

When checking in the receptionist was very rude i told him what time i will be there but my train got delayed 2 hours so the receptionist clearly didn’t like it and was judging me for the delay so he didn’t help with my luggage and no one helped. Not even he pretended to care he just blatantly said you’re late carry your luggage urself.

Kahvalti orta halliydi, tum personeller icerisinde kahvalti servis ekibi en guleryuzlu olanlardi. Konumu guzeldi, m7 ve m9 metro hatlarina ortalama 5 dk yurume mesafesindeydi. Odaya yerlestigim zaman karsilastigim teknik sorunlarla hemen ilgilenildi.

Resepsiyon personelinin misafirlere olan tavri daha iyi olabilir, check-in icin nedensiz yere bekletildim, check-out a yarim saat geciktigim icin resepsiyondaki kadin cok kaba bir tavir takindi

Unkonfortable Hotel, Zimmern und Früstück Raum zu klein
Pros:

Frühstück war gut aber Frühstücks Raum klein im Keller ohne Fenstern.

Cons:

Schlafzimmer sehr sehr klein, für zwei Personen mit zwei Mittel Koffer sehr schwierig sich zu Organisieren. Nur einen kleine Aufzug, was Wartezeiten verursachte. Täglich Zimmer putzen war einige Tage unbefriedigten.

Really lovely, comfortable hotel in a good area
Pros:

We’ve just stayed at the NH Opera Faubourg for 3 nights during the Paris heat wave. We were celebrating several birthdays with friends so we wanted something a little special but still on a reasonable budget. We booked a junior suite, which was on the 6th floor & was larger than the basic rooms. We were so pleased with everything there but especially the air conditioning system!
The room had everything we needed; a fridge; safe; plenty of storage; lovely toiletries & additional items like a shaving kit etc & neat little brush/ comb combo. We had an additional seating area due to being a suite. The bed was so comfortable; the shower was lovely & have I mentioned the air con… so needed during our stay.
Breakfast was plentiful with great options & the staff were incredibly helpful across all areas of the hotel.
The area is great for Notre Dame, Montmartre & has good Metro links nearby. There are lots of café restaurants around which are very nice.
My only slight negative would be that you can hear & feel the rumbling of the nearby metro, but not to an extent that it stops sleep… & I’m a light sleeper! The trains stop overnight so wasn’t a problem for us at all.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay & very much hope to return here again when in Paris ☺️

HOTEL ACEPTABLE Y LIMPIO
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de Gare du Nord, la zona tiene atractivos que pueden realizarse caminando.
El personal de recepción es muy atento y cordial.
El check in y check out fueron muy rápidos y eficientes.

Cons:

- La habitación es muy pequeña
- El baño es demasiado chico, el agua de la regadera moja todo el baño y el piso de la regadera es muy resbaloso, un poco peligroso para personas mayores. El baño tiene cierto olor peculiar.
- Hay muchos ruidos "internos" en la habitación, no sé ubicar si provienen del aire acondicionado o de qué otra maquinaria.
- Había una gotera en la recepción del hotel, con una cubeta y trapos para que no se desbordara el agua.

A great weekend. Paris itself has so much going for it and is absolutely spotless.
Pros:

Good location. The hotel was modern with a traditional twist including great street views.
Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

If I’m being fussy the rooms were a bit tight but it was traditional building so.
