Super clean! I love that I don’t feel like a second class citizen, when I travel with dogs!

Very convenient to everything you need to see near Rapid City.
Pros:

Convenient to a lot of stores and I-90 to get to anywhere you want to visit. 45 minutes to an hour away from all of the parks.

Cons:

Room size didn’t accommodate luggage for two for a six night stay. No closet or dresser to store clothes and gear. Had to use desktop and bench for clothes.

Abysmal
Pros:

Extremely long hallways. Elevator seemed a long way.
We had ice on our floor but nothing to put it in.
All in all I was so disappointed Ian’s glad I had booked somewhere else for the next night
TRU isn’t my cup of tea. My first and last try at Tru.
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my career and I’ve always found the good in them but there’s no good to find here.

Disappointed
Cons:

Our car was vandalized in the parking lot but the property and Rapid City police department couldn’t work together to review security camera footage to prove that, but it added and extra $500 to our stay to have things fixed so we could get home! I spoke with the property multiple times and no one wanted to give any kind of compensation. I would not recommend staying here as there is a shady neighborhood that is on the backside of the property which is where we had our car parked and believe it was vandalized.
