Breakfast was awful. Pancake machine didn't work and not good. what ever happrn to the waffles machine would be much better. The food was cold. Very upset with what we paid to stay there.

Awesome front desk personnel. Smooth and easy check-in. Room very clean and tidy. Appreciated the long bench that enables an open suitcase for easy access and packing.

Cons:

Wish both sides of the bed had an actual night stand vice a round table on one side and night stand on the other. Not a fan of the only place to hang clothes was over top of the mini-refrigerator.

Pros:

Generally clean, location was fine, breakfast was OK.

Cons:

One elevator had a hydraulic fuel smell, the rug outside our room needed a good vacuuming, seemed like dogs were omnipresent. It is troublesome for non-pet owners.

It was definately a pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good! There was a decent amount of choices-so nobody should have went hungry.

Cons:

There was an odd smell in the hallway as well as the elevator. Not sure if there had been some electrical items or what.

We look for Tru hotels when we travel because the quality is so much better than any other brands.
Pros:

Love that there is no carpet in the rooms. AC/heat unit doesn't smell moldy. Room is clean. Also really like the walk in shower vs a bathtub/shower. Having shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion dispensers instead of teeny tiny individual ones is so much more convenient.

Cons:

No microwave in the room. Not a big deal when staying overnight but when staying 3 nights like we did, it helps to warm up left overs. Also having a dresser to put clothes in would be very helpful rather than having to leave clothes in a suitcase and be wrinkled. No one likes to iron :)
