Not going back
Cons:

There were blood stains in two of our rooms, in the bathroom, on the carpet, and in the sink. We were told it was hair dye... Well, the sink and the wall could have been washed and wiped. The carpet, understandable. The beds were not comfortable. The noise was also not acceptable - Other people staying at the hotel were not abiding by the after hours quiet time and were yelling outside and running around on the floor above one of the rooms. And the room on the second floor smelled extremely strong of urine.

I will not stay here again.
Cons:

The carpets smelled musty. Could have used a rug cleaner at least on the rugs.
Place can use an upgrade.

Building has out lived is usefulness. Should be torn down and replaced with a new modern hotel. At current state price
Pros:

Very little. Way over priced. All pool facilities out of services. Beds are worn out.

Nice place to stay for a short time
Pros:

The beds were pretty comfortable

Cons:

Everything was good we just needed a place to stay for the night with our daughter.

The facility was okay.

Cons:

The carpet was stained. It did not feel clean. Tried not to use anything. The second floor sounded like it was springy. It sounded like the floor joist were weak.

Unfortunately it was the least value of the 12 places we stayed at AND the most expensive.
Pros:

For what we paid compared to the other motels that we had stayed at….day 10 of a road trip….overpriced with continental breakfast not provided…very disappointed.

Cons:

Price…water and coffee on demand.

Do not go here.
Pros:

Literally nothing.

Cons:

It was super expensive. We were given a room at the back hall with long term tenants. Doors were hanging off door jams. Incredibly bad odor in the room. Pool and hot tub drained and broken. Not a safe property and we had to leave immediately.

Pros:

The hotel was filthy ,Not only were we told one price but charged another

Cons:

filthy carpets, condoms on the grass, people urinating outside by the hotel, drunk people harassing us .people deficating on the trail behind hotel carpets in hall and rooms were DISGUSTING.
