Major Disappointment

Cons:

Hotel was in a state of remodel yet we still paid full price??!! Police had dusted for fingerprints on the door handle and lock yet no one bothered to clean up the leftover black dust. Interior was also in middle of the remodel, poor workmanship all the way around.

Affordable but the bathroom...
Pros:

Pretty affordable and nicely renovated

Cons:

The bathroom has not been cleaned in ages. I cannot be convinced that anyone has ever cleaned the bathroom. Breakfast was very minimal.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Pet friendly and easy access to Flagstaff.

Cons:

The first room I got the bed sheets were dirty. The second room I got was better but could still tell the room needed a deep clean (dog hair etc).

Pros:

Great location. Easy parking.

Cons:

Room was missing 5 of the 6 pillow cases. There was only one clean bath towel. No hand towels and no wash cloths.
There was a dirty bath towel in the bathroom.
They moved us to a clean room.

Pros:

It was available on a busy weekend, the check in staff was nice. Parking and location was good.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper, a hair ball in the bed, bathroom door did not open well. Towels were sad and few, there was something smeared on the headboard and just all and all seemed dirty and it made the stay uncomfortable.
