The Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful, also give the Guest services guy (bellboy for lack of a better description) a huge raise he made the stay so nice! I was there for dragoncon. The hotel lobby and historical value of the property, the resturant and wait staff were also amazing!

Cons:

The Room could have used a desk but that is really my only Gripe. Things at the front desk like drinks and snacks were way too overpriced, like i totally understand the hotel wanting to make money but $9 for a redbull was insaine and it was the little redbull not even the full size cans.

Filthy windows, surly staff, should do much better for that kind of money.
Pros:

It was in the right location for me, close to the stadium.

Cons:

The staff were mostly grumpy & slow. Although the lady who brought my room service was lovely.
