Gorgeous property that has been beautifully restored. Great character. Room was large and comfortable with big windows and spacious bathroom. Loved being in an old school hotel with lots of charm.

All the staff members that we met were truly kind and helpful. We were treated wonderfully and the price was very reasonable. Our room was fantastic and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the aquarium and restaurants.

The ambience,along with the staff,were beyond expectational!From the moment we arrived,greeted by our valet,Yankuba,we knew we had chosen a hotel of professionalism & courtesy.The dining experience in By George for dinner & breakfast were both absolutely decadent!So much appreciation is owed to Deonna from By George for going above & beyond in recognition of my son's birthday.She is extraordinary!Jermaine helped escort us out upon departure & although we knew of some of the awesome history of this gorgeous property, he managed to enlighten us even more by his extensive knowledge of the history of The Candler Hotel.We are looking forward in the near future to returning for another exciting adventure! Location, staff, comfy beds, beautiful building

We had an amazing stay at The Candler Hotel over Mother’s Day weekend! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely engaging, which made our stay feel extra special.
We also had brunch at their restaurant - by George, and everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the rum punch is an absolute must-have! It was easily one of the highlights of the weekend.
One of the things I enjoyed most was learning about the rich history of the hotel. It truly adds to the unique experience and makes The Candler feel like such a special place to visit.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Atlanta!

Gorgeous hotel that is walking distance to the State Farm Arena and the Olympic Park. Service was fabulous too. The restaurant had an incredible breakfast menu.

We’ve just left after an outstanding couple of days at this wonderful hotel. We arrived late, tired and jet lagged after a 16 hour journey to be met by one of the warmest receptionists we’ve ever encountered. (Colombian lady who studied in Eastbourne in England for a while - we can’t believe we didn’t get her name). Her friendly but professional demeanour set the tone for our entire stay - the hotel has a group of staff who are determined to make their guests happy and who clearly take enormous pride in doing so. Big thanks to Jermaine on the front door who recommended Gus’s chicken for lunch and who was outstanding friendly to us throughout our stay. The hotel is a wonderful conversion of a building with plenty of history, the bedroom was immaculately presented too. We were sorry to leave but excited to return in a couple of weeks at the end of our road trip. With thanks to the team!

Immaculate and the architecture was grand. You don’t see interiors like that much anymore.

My second stay at The Candler was just as enjoyable as the first stay several years ago. I chose this hotel over the many others in the area because of its elegance, tasteful interior design and friendly, attentive staff. Jerome, Lavelle, Avery, Natalia and every other staff member I came in contact with (reception, door, housekeeping) --- thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I'll be seeing you again soon, I hope!
