Please note that from October 2023 to April 2024, the hotel will be undergoing a major lift upgrade project. While this may cause some inconvenience, rest assured that the management is working to enhance the property for your future comfort.

Early check-in is available for an additional AUD 30 from 10:00 only and is subject to room availability.

Late check out is available for an additional AUD 35 up until 13:00, day use rate applies after 13:00. Please notify reception by 10:00 on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast for AUD 20 per person, served daily from 7:00 to 10:30. Each plated serve includes bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, tomato, tinned mushrooms, and baked beans (one serve only, no refills). Guests can also enjoy our self-serve selection of toast, cereal, canned fruit, fresh seasonal fruit, mini croissants, pancakes, yoghurt, coffee, tea, and juice.

We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check-out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff upon arrival if you need assistance.

Housekeeping service is available for an additional charge of AUD 20.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 195 cm. Taller vehicles cannot park here.

My room was straight across from the lift doors and foreigners let there kids yell and scream without a care for others. No hot water either for my shower at 630am. Like WHAT THE.......?

Good deals and clean room.
Pros:

I am happy we got a good deal it is very cheap, with a queen bed, a nice room, and it is clean. We were really surprised.

Cons:

The bed feels like two standard beds pushed together, and I don't like the middle, its hard.

Pros:

I love that its very convenient in its location, the rooms were clean and spacious as me and my partner usually out all day for our schedules so we didn't need that much. The breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

We didnt like the location of the laundry area, felt a little bit unsafe as it is near the parking a bit far from the entrance of the hotel

A good small budget stay
Pros:

Location. Near tram stop and Southern Cross station and the price was very good. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A very noisy air conditioner, very small room and bathroom, and badly placed TV. Nowhere to sit comfortably.
