All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD 21.00 per person (served between 07:30 am to 10:00 am daily).

For the limited time I was there it was comfortable, staff very helpful and served my purpose.
Pros:

Bed was comfy and extra blankets were necessary.
Felt the room was good value for money.
Location fantastic so close to station and the venue for the event I was attending.
Felt safe as a single older women staying there.

Cons:

My heating didn’t work and although the team member checked it she then left an electric blower heater in my room but I wasn’t comfortable using it, because of the cost of the electricity it would use and I’m not comfortable sleeping with the noise and feeling of such a heater.
No glass in the room to have a drink of water and use in the bathroom for rinsing after teeth cleaning.
No hanging room in he bathroom for clothes.

I have stayed here every year for the AFL Big Freeze. The location is fantastic and the staff cannot do enough for you.

Pros:

A very tidy, clean and safe option, very close to trains and trams. Very well priced. Staff are very good at their jobs. Helpful and friendly. Always someone cleaning floors and keeping the place in very nice condition. Breakfast well priced esp compared to local options.

Cons:

I was fine with up and down 3 stairs to get to my standard room, but may be a problem for those that have trouble, though you can tell staff and they would accomodate accessible rooms. Nothing seemed a bother. Highly recommend.
