Schlafen unmöglich
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer Nr .1 ist im Erdgeschoss ,uns liegt direkt an der Strassengasse .
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig
Der Straßenlärm ist sehr laut es kommt einen vor als wenn alles Auto ,LKW ,Motorräder ,Müllabfuhr direkt durch das Zimmer fahren .
Es ist unmöglich hier zu schlafen
Wir haben den Besitzer angeschrieben ob wir nicht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnte.

Pros:

Perfect location! Seamless check in and out. Especially if you’re on a scooter or motorbike, there are parking spaces just slightly further up. Lovely outside area and the room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The mattress was quite hard, perfect for me.

Die Lage des My Rooms Hotels in Artà war sehr gut, das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal vor Ort freundlich. Wir haben uns außerdem jederzeit sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Sowohl der Verkehrslärm von draußen als auch die Geräusche aus den darüberliegenden Zimmern waren sehr deutlich zu hören. Man konnte wirklich jeden Schritt und sogar Toilettengänge bis ins Detail hören, was den Aufenthalt teilweise sehr störend gemacht hat. Zudem war die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer sehr hoch.

Aufgrund der starken Hellhörigkeit und des Lärms würde ich das Hotel leider nicht noch einmal buchen. Gerade im September empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dafür nicht als angemessen.

La ubicación

Cons:

Nos tocó el piso de arriba, buhardilla de techo bajo, sin armario, una habitación que nada tiene que ver con las 84 fotos que hay publicadas. Hemos pagado por una habitación como en la foto y la habitación era peor.

Établissement au cœur de la vieille ville.
L'intérieur de la chambre est moderne et propre.
Douche fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Chambre en rez-de-chaussée très bruyante et sombre car au niveau des voitures qui passent à un mètre...
Chasse d'eau très bruyante donc on évite, la nuit.
Pas de siège dans la chambre. On rentre et on se couche.
Pas de patère pour suspendre la serviettes essuie-mains, on ne peut pas suspendre de linge si on souhaite laver ses sous-vêtements...

La ubicación y la facilidad de acceso fueron buenas.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña y cerca de zonas comunes (cocina y vestíbulo) por lo que habían constantes ruidos, además de no ofrecer intimidad.
La cama era pequeña e incomoda.

A 3-night stay in a top notch hostel.
Pros:

The location was central yet quiet. The building was architecturally beautiful and our room was characterful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were window and height restrictions but it didn’t detract from the high standard of accommodation and hospitality that we received.

Cons:

A kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice extra.

No repetiría la estancia para más de 2 noches
Pros:

La ubicación en Artà está muy bien. Tiene un parking gratuito cerca donde se puede dejar el coche, y varios bares cerca también. El pueblo es muy bonito.

Cons:

Relación calidad - precio no me parece que esté demasiado bien. La habitación no está mal, pero estábamos en la planta 0 y se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle, ya que la ventana da a la propia calle. El baño no tiene puerta que cierre al completo, queda un espacio abierto. En cuanto a la limpieza nos cambiaron las toallas cada día, cosa que agradezco, pero es cierto que nos levantamos todos los días con picaduras de arañas y de mosquitos (entendemos que algunas veces es algo difícil de controlar, pero fueron muchas picaduras hasta el punto de ver las arañas en la cama). Quizás para pasar un par de noches no está mal, pero nosotros estuvimos 5 noches y no repetiría. Además, no entraba luz natural, porque si abríamos se veía absolutamente todo desde fuera.
