位置好，性價比高。
固定的車位不多，滿了以後雖然可以停附近的公有停車格，店家會幫忙出停車費，但是停車格就是隨機的，不一定會有，碰到特殊活動的時候就幾乎沒得停。
廁所的門不能鎖。
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; though it was a busier hotel than expected and understaffed at times, so wait times were a little more than expected when accessing our rental car.
Where to enter the hotel with our rental car was difficult. Providing a visual map with directions on what street to enter the hotel would have been very helpful for out of town visitors. We had to circle around several times and revisit our GPS for the correct street to the entrance and where to park our rental car. We were also given a room that smelled like sewage (toilet) and reported it immediately, but feel that it was not remedied and we were not offered a different room. We were also provided a room that was extremely dusty (visible caked on dust on surfaces (headboard and by window). We had extreme allergies and eventually caught a head cold because of the unclean room. Lastly, we don't believe that the bedding was changed, because when checking under the blankets and sheets, we encountered many pieces of hair that was not any of ours. We had to shake our bedding to clear the pieces of hair. Very unhappy with our stay, and overall feel that it was not worth what we paid. We would love to have enjoyed our hotel stay, but unfortunately did not. Other than our hotel experience, our trip to Sapporo city was amazing!

朝食は北海道の名物が揃っており大変美味しくいただきました。
トースターは混み合うので、2台あったら尚良いです。
また、和食を好む夫から、納豆や焼き海苔が無いのが残念だったと申しておりました。
アメニティに化粧水などがありませんでした。フロントに訊いていただくことができましたが、用意がある旨の案内がほしいです。
また、部屋のユニットバスに備え付けのボトル(シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープの3本)が、清掃後に間違ってコンディショナー1本、ボディーソープ2本になっていました。これもフロントに問い合わせてシャンプーをいただきましたが、乳児の世話もあったのでそのあたり手間が発生して面倒くさかったです。
