Pros:

第二次回來住宿
地點還是非常滿意
員工服務很好，打開房門有看到房務人員特別附上的裝飾很驚艷！
高樓層面對北海道大學的房間景色很棒，打開窗看到星星跟夕陽

Cons:

這次一晚單價很高，但感覺沒有很值得。
房間真的不大，有帶小孩的人要多考慮。打開一個28吋上掀式行李箱就差不多了。
家人穿飯店提供的睡衣，半夜發現許多部位的皮膚紅腫發炎…，緊急沖水、吃藥後才稍微退去（但到現在還是有，第二天了）。
有額外提供給幼兒的備品，辦理入住時給予一個袋子，但裡面其實只有「一條浴巾、一條毛巾」…，看到其實有點傻眼，如此其實只要於房間多放就好，何必要多此一舉在行李很多的時候額外增加負擔。另外，對於僅附內容物就不多做評論。
半夜可聽到附近馬路車輛通過聲音，對於淺眠的人要多考慮。
最後，在熱門時間用這麼高價格住宿，應該還有更多選擇。
以第二次來住的體驗，抱著高的期待，真的比第一次差太多了⋯⋯讓這趟旅程，有點不完美的地方。

スタッフのみなさんがgood！
Pros:

札幌駅から近く、お食事をするのも、大通り公園や北海道庁旧本庁舎、時計台などを訪れるのにもとても便利でした。
ホテルのすぐ近くに北海道大学があり、素敵な緑あふれる広いキャンパスやポプラ並木、総合博物館で一般公開されている学術標本などを楽しむことができました。また新渡戸稲造や札幌農学校について新たな知識を得ることができました。おもてなしの気持ちが感じられるホテルのスタッフのおかげで快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

朝食バイキングは北海道らしい楽しいメニューがたくさんありましたが、フルーツがなかったことがちょっと残念でした。

L’hotel non mi ha rilasciato la fattura, dicendomi che avrei dovuto contattare Booking.com, poiché la prenotazione era stata effettuata tramite la piattaforma. Questo è stato davvero spiacevole, trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro per il quale avevo necessità della fattura ai fini del rimborso spese.

Inoltre, il personale non parla inglese, rendendo qualsiasi interazione particolarmente difficile e frustrante.
