good location and pool but would not recommend to stay more than a day.
Pros:

Check in process was smooth ; Breakfast was Okay, the Pool water was hot and nice. location is good and just before travelling to sanibel island

Cons:

1) There were bugs in the room. We got two Cockroach immediately after we enter;
2) The lighting in the room is not nice.

I would probably stay in another La Quinta again.
Pros:

It was located in a convenient place to the place I need to be near too.

Cons:

My first room had an air purifier in it and it smell moldy. Also, there was a large ant that crawled on me. I have a video of it which I showed the front desk. I had to switch rooms and found another ant crawling on me as well. I never had this happen before.

Pros:

Close to sanibel and fort myers beaches.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated and expensive. Owners obviously dont want to put money into the hotel. Elevaters were scary at best and room smelled in a weird way.

Prima locatie om makkelijk en snel naar Sanibel eiland te kunnen gaan. Lekker zwembad.

Rumoerige buren.

Het zwembad was groot, de kamer was prima van formaat. Voor een nachtje op doorreis prima

Cons:

Onze 1e kamer had een naar luchtje, bleek de badkamer beschimmeld te zijn. Kregen wel direct een andere kamer die prima was. Het ontbijt viel ook wel echt tegen.

Enjoy Sanibel Without Going Broke
Pros:

i love going to sanibel so this hotel is perfect without having to pay the ridiculous prices on the island. Though I didn't use the pool, it looked nice and clean. Didn't do breakfast either but it is offered from 7am to 10am. There's a beach about 2 miles down the road (paid parking) and a Publix grocery store about 1/2 mile away. Location is perfect!

Cons:

though i appreciated that the fridge was turned on and cool when i got to the room, i had brought some items from home to enjoy. the next morning they were frozen. please don't turn the thermostat on the fridge all the way to max. put it in the middle so items remain cold but don't freeze. i had to throw everything out.
