замечательное место
Pros:

хозяин всегда на связи. комната была готова к оговоренному времени( чуть раньше официального заселения) . удобный выключатель прямо возле кровати. удобное спальное место. матрас без пружин. чисто. спокойно . близко к метро. и центру.

Pros:

Возможно, большие номера в этом отеле в лучшем состоянии, но номера на двоих в ужасном состоянии.

Cons:

Комната в плохом состоянии: стены и потолок в трещинах, сверху с потолка сыпется побелка на кровать. Окно закрывается с трудом - оно на потолке, и никак не обеспечено затемнение. Потолки в номере от 1 метра до 1м 70см высотой - стоять можно нормально только на входе, в остальных местах комнаты невозможно выпрямиться.
Грязно. Душ, раковина в подтеках, в таких местах как под кроватью не убирают вообще:

Excellent choice if you travel on a budget, and the proximity to all of Tbilisi's sides
Pros:

The rooms are of a decent size and equipped with all necessary furniture. The heating was excellent and there was always hot water.

The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful 👌

Pros:

Tesisi işleten çift çok tatlıydı ve çok ilgililerdi, sağolsun her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hotelin konumu çok iyi caddeye marketlere yürüme mesafesinde

Good location, nice owner, silent at night

Cons:

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bed and bedsheet are a bit short if you are a tall person (1.90m)
