Great experience. Rooms were clean, and customer service was on point. Huge shoutout to Ryan who ran the bar/cafe area. He made the time at the hotel bar an absolute blast.

Room: Super Clean and Comfortable for myself and my 3 children.
Bed: My babies wouldn't stop saying how comfy they were (double bed room).
Breakfast: Don't know.
Staff: friendly and available.

Great place, understood the issue with previously scheduled hotel not allowing cats; gave me unscheduled room with no issue. Room is clean and people super nice

In a nutshell, this hotel hits on all points: great location, nice atmosphere, clean comfortable rooms, excellent value and great staff. Top of the great staff list is Tiffany at the front desk. After several visits to this hotel, Tiffany has consistently shown perfect professionalism and great attitude towards guests. Thank you Tiffany for always making effort to ensure my stay is awesome.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and customer service was great. His old fashions are definitely on point. See Ryan when you stay here, he'll take care of you.

Restaurant is fantastic, Ryan was accommodating and on top of his game, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Came here every night of my stay.

The hotel overall was great, but wanted to give a special mention the bartender, Ryan. He showed us excellent customer service without being overbearing. He was attentive, prompt, remembered our names and drink orders when we went back down the second night, and he held nice conversation with us. And we could see and hear he was doing the same for the other patrons in the bar area. He was a true professional.

Do not trust this property with your stay or money.

This property failed to honor my confirmed reservation twice within a two-week period. The most recent time, I arrived at 4:00 AM with my family and was left without a room despite having a valid booking.

Instead of fixing their mistake, I was asked to accept changes (book two king rooms, double the price) that didn’t match my reservation (one room with two queens) and there was even an attempt to charge over $400 on my card without my authorization to correct their error.

I was promised a follow-up by a specific date, but after more than a month of repeated outreach, I was told the situation had been “addressed appropriately,” with no real acknowledgment of the issue.

A refund was issued, but that doesn’t make up for being stranded in the middle of the night. Even if you do your due diligence and call beforehand to let them know your booking is pre-arrival? They are careless with their inventory and will tell you your only option is to pay double your reservation.

A confirmed reservation here does not guarantee a room.

Great, comfy hotel. But I’m writing this review as a shout out to Ryan. I’m from Florida and he offered to make me a “daiquiri”. I’m here on business and not interested in a fake fruit tasting frozen snow-cone concoction. NO! He made a 3 ingredient high end daiquiri that was out of this world.

Beautiful Hotel! Rooms were great and beds were so comfy. But the real treat was Ryan, the bartender serving happy hour.

Experience was great. I stayed for a week . I ate at the restaurant down stairs for a week straight. Ryan was the employee of the year in my opinion. He was the man! Even at busy times I never had to wait, food and drinks just absolutely on point too! Kona beer was on tap and half off happy hour 4-6. I drank a couple mixed drinks too, and I have to say , Ryan made the best Bloody Marys and White Russian drinks i have had in years. Very genuine person and now a friend !
