The breakfast was fine. The staff we spoke with were kind and informative. The location very good for where we were going. Nice bed and well made. Bathroom was clean.

This hotel is in need of a refresh. We have stayed in Cary before while visiting relatives and there are better alternatives. Fixtures were falling off the wall and there was crumbling drywall in the hallways. Paint would be a good thing. After staying at some very fine Hamptons during the last few years, we can say this one needs a lot of work. When we arrived later in the evening we found our toilet was turned off. We called the front desk and the person there arrived promptly (she was very professional) to find that the fixture was not working and that was why it was turned off. Since there were no other accessible rooms available that evening, we agreed to stay in the room. After she left we discovered that the refrigerator was either not working or not turned on and we decided not to pursue due to the lateness of the hour. The breakfast was ample and varied and we also appreciated being able to purchase items from the pantry using the self-service kiosk. There was a nice outdoor seating area. Honestly, it looks like someone's getting ready to do something with this facility since the large rectangular table in the breakfast area had no stools and the pool is being demolished. This hotel is in a complex with medical buildings. We heard nothing from outside.

This is the worst Hampton we have ever stayed at and Hampton is our usual Go-To for hotels. I am really shocked they allow this hotel to have that name, but as you can see from the previous reviews, there have been enough warnings about the low quality, and we should have read them beforehand. The AC barely functioned, there was garbage left under the bed, the bathroom door didn't close, there was a screw sticking out in the floor of the bathroom that I almost stepped into and if it wasn't so late when we checked in, we would have chosen another room. Unfortunately our stay only got worse as the AC going in and out failed to cool the room and disrupted our sleep all night.

The breakfast was wonderful. Hot food. Nice selection. Comfy bed. Good location for us.

The Staff here at this particular Hotel are SALT OF THEE EARTH! Kionna Jones is the type of lady that you would just put in charge of a Family get together and then never lose one minute of sleep! She has hired like minded individuals as far as I can tell! Zorra, Tasia and Yo-Yo are the ones I know the best. At least those are the names I remember and/or have put with the faces! I’m sure the whole staff is as kind, friendly and down to earth as the four people I’ve mentioned. 15/10 Hotel stay! My home away from home for sure!

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooms are musty and I had to change rooms because the smell of smoke. The second room much better. The hotel needs major renovation as there were leaks in the hallway from the roof all the way to the first floor. Also, the pool is permantly closed.

I think breakfast could have been better

The only real negative was the property was dated and in need of a remodel, However, the room was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was quick enough for my needs. The breakfast was good although the selection was limited. No problem with water pressure or hot water. For the price it was a good option and would stay again.
