Location was ok for what I needed
The toilet was broken, breakfast dry. Hotel was dirty.
i should have been there 3 night, left after one and boked another hotel.
Location, friendly staff.
Needs to be updated.
It was a very comfortable room and i enjoyed the breakfast
Nothing
Easy to access.
The AC in the room didn’t work, but luckily it wasn’t hot out. The hotel is very dated. Very. Peeling paint on the doors, old door knobs, just needs some TLC.
I stay in hundreds of hotels a year and this is the only one I’m writing a review on. The hotel is old, but old doesn’t have to mean dirty and neglected. The room was barely cleaned, the gym should be condemned and there was no hot water. The frustrating part is the staff just seemed content to hang out and talk to each other. No pride in the business at all.

My reviews are based of my personal experiences and opinions. Take that into consideration as you read this review.
As a Hilton Honors member I understand the brand positioning of this property, I expect a standard of quality and maintenance consistent with the Hilton name. This experience fell short of those expectations.
The following issues were encountered during my visit:
1. Room Odor: There was a distinct odor in the room. While a UV inspection did not identify specific points of contamination, the smell appeared to be emanating from the aged carpeting.
2. Cleanliness: Mold was present around the bathtub and shower area.
3. Plumbing Issues: The bathtub faucet is malfunctioning, causing water to flow from both the faucet and the showerhead simultaneously.
4. Maintenance: A baseboard near the bathtub shows signs of rot and appears to have been inadequately repaired with discolored caulk.
5. Parking Logistics: Construction vehicles with long trailers were permitted to park across approximately 40 spaces. This limited guest parking significantly, forcing me to park in an unsuitable area. I suggest that these trailers be kept at their respective construction sites.
6. Housekeeping: My room was not serviced my first full day there, despite my confirming with the housekeeper that I would be vacating the room within ten minutes of our conversation. They did not service it on the second day either.
7. The small, child size toliet is a hazard to us older customers who have knee and hip issues. Hard to get up and down from that distance.
I have attached photos documenting the maintenance and cleanliness issues mentioned.
Two positives kept this review at a 2. Friendly staff and a better than average breakfast.
The first room we were in the bathroom was flooded.
The next room we were in as for the hotel itself looked old and bit run down.
Renovate
Nothing it stank the elevator didn’t work and I was in 426 Iam a member and this is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed in
The hall way stank the carpet in room was just filthy
Outdoor space was nice and location
Outside trash overflowing. Dog waste can over flowing. Ashtrays out side overflowing
Room on first floor smelled of dog urine. Staff was very polite and quickly put us in another room on 4th floor which was nice.property needs some updating. 2 of the floor ice machines where broken.
Very good stay.
