Aircond suddenly shutdown at 12am and can never turn on until our check out the next day. Tried to contact the receptionist at using inroom telephone,but what can i say,the operator number is not usual 0, but its number 5. What?u want me to just go down to lobby? That i have to change my PJ into a decent wear in the middle of the night?no thankyou. All and all,will not be coming back lah

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and eateries. There is also plenty of parking available."

Cons:

The room is not well soundproofed. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring, as well as noises from their bathroom and shower. Hahaa..

The staff were polite and not rude, but they could be more welcoming and smile more when interacting with guests.
