Location was fine
I didn't end staying overnight as it was so bad and not worth the money! Stains on the sheets, room smelled on entered and not 100% clean. It was also very noisy facing out to the public area across the road showing World Cup matches. I had to ring a mobile to get attention at reception and one of the staff was lazing on the balcony on a loud video call with no attempt to help anyone waiting at reception. Dreadful place. I do not recommend!

Room was shabby, remote cover missing, sink filthy, seating area very worn and curtains didn't meet in the middle.

Nothing really apart from the location being in the city and walking distance to restaurants.
Unfortunately, the condition of the property fell well below expectations. The bathroom, particularly the shower and bathtub area, showed visible signs of rust and poor maintenance. I also found an unusual insect on the pillow and bedding, which was particularly concerning from a cleanliness perspective. While I appreciate that issues can occasionally arise, the overall standard of hygiene and upkeep left a lot to be desired and significantly affected my stay.
Location in st nicholas place , view from balcony, roof top bar, room was good size, comfy, big walkin shower. Air con price was good.
Its a shabby area and entrance, ashtrays on balcony and in bar outside hadnt been emptied. kept my door shut after i took some photos of view. Tv no channels no licence or sky or it didnt work i watched tubi and youtube.
Great position. Clean comfortable room. Parking works well at nearby multi story. Staff very friendly.
Building is a bit tired. Can’t walk upstairs. Have to take grotty lift.
