Eravamo 8 persone e siamo stati nella stessa camerata da 8. I bagni erano tanti a disposizione puliti. La posizione era ottima per il centro

La limpieza y atención del personal de 10. Muy buena ubicación, cerca a la Estación Firenze SMN, y sobre todo a los museos y lugares turisticos.

Y quizas habria cosas para mejorar pero por la relación precio calidad esta muy bien.

One to forget as soon as possible.

The location is very good. The central station and city centre are within walking distance.

Cons:

I stayed in a room very much infected with bedbugs. When looking at the condition of the bed it was clear that the situation was like that for a long time ago because the bed frame had tons of dead eggs and black spots. My wife received multiple bites including her eyes and face. The general hygiene contditions of the place is not good. Floors are dirty, there is dust everywhere. Not a place which cares about the guests. I would like to ask for a refund since we were unable to sleep at all and the bedbug situation is probably going to cost us hundres of euros if this gets to our home

Only book here if your only other option is to sleep in the street. It's what I had to do
Pros:

Great position between Santa Maria Novella and the city centre, and aircon in the room. Pretty sure the aircon isn't present in all rooms though.

The staff lady I met was super super lovely and that's literally the only reason I'm not giving a lower score.

Cons:

Not only the place is proper dirty, but you can clearly tell that any work made on it has been half-assed: from the filling on the bathroom walls painted over without even a light sanding, to the extension cables coming out from right next to a socket and randomly attached to the walls, random wiring out in various places, holes in the electrical panels for anyone to see and touch, none of the lockers inside the dormitory could close, the aircon vents covered in dust, and more.

As I climbed on the top of my bunk bed, it almost fell on me: they're flimsy and not attached to anything. Be careful.

50€ a night for a bed in such a place is an absolute joke.

Pros:

The staff is helpful and the location is great. But don't forget this is a hostel. My room had a bed, clean sheets, AC, and a private bathroom. I knew what I was paying for. It had everything I needed.

Nunca cambiaron sabanas ni toallas. Dos pisos sin ascensor Sin guardarropas. Nos dieron 1 SOLA PERCHA. No habia ni una silla para abrir las valijas
