Me gusto el lugar, me trataron bien y con amabilidad todo el tiempo
Lo que no me gustó fue que el aire acondicionado estába roto en el cuarto que me dieron, pero lo reporte y al momento me cambiaron de cuarto sin problema

It’s very old building
Good location, hotel was clean and well kept, staff was very helpful, housekeeping kept my room clean , all in all, a good stay, next time I visit, I will be staying there again
Just two gripes, didn't like having to pay for parking, if am staying at your hotel, and the next one, the beds in the room,, you might want to change them, every time I move the bed would creak, the springs were probably worn out, and the mattress was too soft

In checking I was having a problem with the front desk clerk and the Supervisor in charged came out and took over and fixed the problem, very nicely and caring.
I did not like how the front desk clerk was handling my reservation. My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. She refused to help me and said she couldn’t do nothing about it. I am in a wheelchair and I called the hotel earlier that day to let them know that I was having a late check in and I was told that I was okay to check in later. She reacted like she didn’t care. Did not even try to find out why I my reservation was cancelled. Then the supervisor noticed we were having a problem and he jumped in and helped me and he was very kind.
Simplemente me pediram o cartão para fazer um bloqueio temporário, para eventual despesa - não imagino o que seria, e COBRARAM ESSE VALOR!!!! A estadia já estava totalmente paga. Ou seja, me trapacearam em 100,00 dólares. Vou processar. Sofri um golpe deste hotel.
