Shakespeare inn wasn't what I looked for,I was sold the wrong thing and I won't advise anybody I kno
Pros:

I didn't even stayed there,I wanted a self catering place not a hotel, we went out for fun with my family, we pop in there with a boot full of groceries and meat.I had to book another place,I was gatvol

Pros:

Customer service from the guy who was at reception, very friendly and always willing to go and extra mile to help us

Cons:

Our room 109 was very dirty on the wall with old champagne or reddish fizzy drinks stains. Swimming pool was very dirty with old dead dove and the was no light on that side it was very dark. All thanks the the male receptionist who who got us the light as much as it was not enough but atleast we managed to swim
