staff was friendly
room was good
a waiter at breakfast would have been nice, all though the staff was great
carring luggage up stairs #2
Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Noise levels. There was some work going on near the room during the day when I wanted a siesta.
The parking is expensive. The restaurant quality was good but would have liked a more diverse menu.
The view and the location
The restaurant was racist. The front desk never answered the phone. The room was not clean.
I loved everything about Hotel Maya. Beautiful location, very clean, right on the beach, pool and jacuzzi area was nice and had games. The staff is Superb
Nothing
The view was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The customer service was good.
One of the nights we stayed there was a concert nearby which created a lot of foot traffic right outside our patio.
It was very noisy. You could hear the other guests through the walls. Gardeners started at 8am. I was downstairs and they mowed near me and woke me up.
Interesting vibe. Great location for amphitheater. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Pool nice! Nice view!
So removed. That’s a pro and con. Close to amphitheater but restaurant full, required reservation and nothing else nearby. Thankfully the bar tender took very good care of us!
The Area was awesome
Everything was amazing
Todo fácil y rápido
My room was beautiful
The Restaurant we didn’t get any eye contact. I was over looked when I wanted to order breakfast.
Berry clean in the rooms but can clean the outside
The views
Beautiful property nice staff
Cute hotel, liked the decor, comfy bed
Paid for 'ocean view' room and received a room with a sliver of a view. Should have been a discounted 'partial ocean view' room. This view was very different than a full view which was disappointing. Also pillows on beds were very flat and uncomfortable.
I think the view was beautiful, the room was tidy and clean. We did not visit the restaurant.
would've loved to have jacuzzi tub in the room, but other than that there wasn't anything that I really disliked.
The hotel was nice but not worth the price, ONLY because our card reader never worked to drive in and out or to use the cage to get ice. Always had to ask for help and find someone to help you. Hotel towels very thin and rough; they seemed old. But the one thing was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the employees who worked in Fuego, the restaurant. They were overly helpful and very nice. They made the trip exceptional.
Our keys never worked the drive in and out gates always had to ask for help and the cage to the ice machine keys didnt work for that. Bath towels very old, thin and rough.
