La ubicación y la limpieza del cuarto
La habitación estaba muy pequeña y sin caja de seguridad ni minibar.
L'hôtel est situé à deux pas du Monumento Revolución Mexicana et du terminal du metrobus qui permet de rejoindre l'aéroport et le terminal oriente. Le quartier est sûr. J'y ai circulé plusieurs fois à pied de jour comme de nuit sans aucun problème.
La chambre est simple, pas très grande et sans charme particulier, mais elle est confortable, propre et calme. J'ai très bien dormi. Il peut faire un peu chaud dans la chambre mais le ventilateur fonctionne bien.
L'accueil à la réception est courtois.
Bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de l'emplacement et des prix dans cette partie de la ville.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, muy accesible dos terminales de metro y metro bus, cerca del centro, lugares ricos para comer.
Camas muy cómodas, agua caliente a cualquier hora
Nos tocó la mala suerte que el elevador se descompuso, estábamos en cuarto piso, ya que llegábamos cansados y cargados al hotel, subir escaleras no se nos hizo tan buena opción
El lugar es exelente
Esta todo cerca y es muy lindo el paseo de la revolución
La ubicación es excepcional, a unos pasos de monumento a la revolución y de Reforma, muy fácil de desplazarse a distintos puntos de la ciudad.
El baño es un poco reducido, pero todo el personal es muy amable y la estancia es muy cómoda.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel room with comfortable bed. The staff was also very helpful and attentive and the price was quite affordable for such a good location. The payment by debit card also worked without any issues. Definitely can recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Av. Reforma for an affordable price.
The cardkey lock didn't always function when it comes to unlocking the door of the hotel room, but this is something that is repairable.
Tuve una estancia excelente en este hotel. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado, especialmente la limpieza, que fue impecable en todas las áreas. La habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones y se notaba la atención al detalle.
Además, el servicio fue sobresaliente. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva que recomendaría a otros viajeros.
No aplica, todo bien
El hotel estaba limpio, había agua potable lo que ayudó mucho a no adquirirla en las tiendas.
Que el hotel no contaba con plancha para la ropa y no tenía aire acondicionado y el ventilador no surtía bien la habitación.
El hotel Tiene una excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de reforma ,de transporte público y hay restaurantes , tiendas de conveniencia y cafeterias cerca. . Puedes ir a pie a El.personal es muy atento y el desayuno es bueno aunque solo son 3 platillos en el.menu incluido si necesitas planchar en recepción te pueden prestar la plancha porque no hay en la habitación.
Tiene muy buena ubicación me queda perfecto, por los viajes de trabajo.
Los cuantos están muy bien arreglados tienen muy buen espacio y su 03rsonal es muy amable.
El estacionamiento esta reducido.
