Lobby was nice and shower was good.
The AC wasn’t working too well during my stay. I was also booked the wrong room and was not able to get the original room. The room also had a bad smell l.
The bed was nice, room was a good size, nice bathroom - would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom.
The breakfast was terrible! We got Avocado toast, it had no seasoning, the avocado was so ripe there was a huge half of the avocado on the bread unable to smash because it was rock hard. They left the tip of the avocado in it, both my daughter and I bit into one on our own separate plates. Not the seed, but the stem piece, which hurt my tooth. The bread was soggy and not crisp toast. The coffee was good.

I liked the amenities in the bathroom as well as the refrigerator and microwave. I was also very pleased with the room size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was very quick.
I did not like the extra $3 delivery charge for room service. The automatic 20% gratuity was fine.
All your staff were kind and helpful, even when they were very busy. Loved the food in the restaurant - great coffee.
The only thing we didn't like was the bed was so high! Hard for us to get in and out. I know this is a hotel thing, but I don't know why!
The in room dining and checkout time of noon
The pool and hot tub area needed to be cleaned. The pool seemed a bit green or maybe it just needs some updating

It was nice having a pool and a hott tub, the bed was comfortable. Location wasnt a bad walk to the moda center.
The view was terrible. We kept our curtains closed. Felt like it was dark the whole day. The temperature of the room on 3rd floor wouldn't get below 70. It was uncomfortably warm, the breakfast wasn't very good. We had the pancakes, the cheesecake french toast with berries, biscuits and gravey. My wife had the burrito and she said it was okay. extra charges for parking at the hotel 30.00. Personally feel that should be included in the stay. While we were staying here someone parked across the street for a concert down the road unsure if they were guests of the hotel or not but got their whole car stolen. My daughters car was parked just up from the stolen one. Not a safe area at all. The "included" breakfast they tried to short us and only saying they limit it to two people per room. When we had 4 people staying with us. We had to prove that we listed our children on our stay from booking.com in order to get them their free breakfast voucher. The person who checked us in didnt explain anything to us. And forgot to give us our food vouchers. We had to go back to front desk multiple times to ask questions. Which you pay extra for the total cost of your room if you want the breakfast included. If its not going to cover everyone thats in your room stay than it shouldnt say breakfast included. Almost everyone we spoke to was friendly but had attitudes. We are probably going to be a one and done. Was not worth it for us to ever come back here. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was a nice hotel. A little dated, but clean and well kept
2 complaints; first is the temperature control was terrible. It is the middle of summer and we turned the thermostat down to 65° and it read mid 70's the entire time. I called the front desk and said it was motion activated, however, if it didn't detect any motion then the thermostat would turn off to conserve power. That was disappointing
Second, even though we had reservations to stay at the hotel for 2 nights, parking is t included. It's $30 a night to park in the lot of the hotel you're already paying to stay at. So, that added an extra $60 to the stay.
Bed and room comfortable and clean. The hotel was close to the MODA Center. There was parking available but people should not gave to pay for it.
The parking sucked and I had to pay for it. No breakfast provided, not even coffee. For the price of the stay, these amenities should have been provided free. The bathrooms are very small.

That they didn’t have parking for only guest and that they said “we don’t know if any spots are available so you’ll have to see if you can find one”
Didn’t like that the person checking us in was super let’s say bland. She asked who I was the name on the reservation when anyone in this world knows it’s short for my real name. She also said that our payment didn’t go through for the security deposit when it was approved and had to get a manager and he said it was approved. She still argued with him till he showed her where it showed approved and he was kind and apologized over and over.
Breakfast isn’t included, it’s a high rate we paid but breakfast isn’t included. Most places are now days.
Beds were comfortable.
There was damage to the in bathroom, toilet flooded and it took a while for anyone to respond. Couldn't call front desk for anything. Wasn't offered anything for our bathroom being flooded because room service was in room last at that moment.
