Clean Comfortable stay, courteous staff, not the best looking location.
Pros:

Nice restaurant with attentive waitstaff. Front desk staff were courteous and attentive. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The location, a bit run down with an abandoned building across the street.

Nice hotel and great value for your money.
Pros:

Nice hotel and the rooms were nice. The entire breakfast team was absolutely amazing - some of the best customer service.

Cons:

Not the property fault but there was a lot sketchy people not far from the property.

Poor sleep, hard poor quality beds
Pros:

The staff was helpful at night when I asked for additional coffee for the morning.

Cons:

The beds are incredibly hard and killed my shoulders, barely got any sleep. Morning staff was like "eh, that's just how they are". The main thing i need from a hotel is a comfortable bed.

Pros:

Only issue that made my stay rated lower than rating excellent was that the HVAC was so noisy, I ha to put a pillow over my ears & I didn't sleep well. If I turned AC off (it was 96 degrees in Portland that day) the room was stifling.

Be prepared
Pros:

The checking in staff (Max) was most helpful and friendly and I thought this going to be great. Unfortunately…..

Cons:

We called the staff to let them know that we could not lower the temperature in our room from 74. This was at almost midnight. The fan was blowing so loud and hard but we could not change anything. They said the only thing we could do was to move you. WTH it was midnight. So they came and turned off the ac totally. The room was so warm. You could not open any window.
We faced the freeway and the noise was unbelievable. Maybe because we booked via booking.com the hotel gave us the least desirable room? Who knows
We realized that due to the proximity to the MODA center they would be busy due to event but it took so long to get the food that we ordered we were late to the concert. In fact the cocktail ordered was vodka not gin as ordered and undrinkable. Food is mediocre at best and expensive.
The only redeemable factor was the closeness to the event.
We will never stay again or recommend this hotel.

Parking sucks.
Pros:

Centrally located. However, we paid $30 for parking we were never able to use as they over booked both the rooms and the event center rooms.
Beds were comfy.

Pros:

Rooms are always clean and the restaurant is always amazing. The staff in the restaurant really do a phenomenal job!

Cons:

Its ridiculous to have to pay for parking! I wasnt advised until I was checking out that I was being charged.
