5 stars all the way
Pros:

All the staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. My brother came up to visit us for one night and they said since we were gold members staying 4 nights, he could park his car for free one night in their lot. Staff helped us with ordering uber two times. I had a medical issue and they were very helpful in giving us our options of what to do and where to go. We really appreciated the 5 star service! Clean and comfy rooms. Good food with many choices. My son has stayed here several times and he actually booked this hotel for us. Location was great to the main downtown area. :)

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever. 5 stars!

Very clean, great location, exceptional staff. Very warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Reservation was scheduled for check in by 3 and when we arrived the room wasn’t available. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with free parking and the ability to go to the amenity floor. However, we didn’t get a call that our room was ready and we had to have the bartender call and check. Didn’t give us our free drink and food tickets until we actually checked in and it was 6:30, tickets only good until 7. Put us a little behind in getting to our planned activities. Wasn’t a deal breaker but would’ve liked an update before we got to the hotel.

Pros:

walking distance to the main strip
really good options for breakfast and you was able to chill by the pool should you we want to relax before heading out

Best accommodations, value, staff and location. Can’t wait to book our next trip!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our surprise guests were welcomed, they accepted a cake delivery for us and stored it. Then provided utensils for us to cut and serve the cake later - AMAZING TEAM!

Cons:

That our visit wasn’t longer!

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

We had a great time! Location was central but not loud, facilities were excellent, staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Highlight was the kickback, a huge benefit!
