Excellent stay at the DOM, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious and clean. Would recommend!!!

Excellent location to city center, room was very updated and spacious. We stayed in a suite so the outside balcony was nice, with a view of. The city. Breakfast was also excellent!

Cons:

Very small elevator!!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The rooms were really nice and modern. The hotel is in a great location, a grocery store right on the corner of the street, walkable to the Main Street and lots of restaurants, even a laundry mat near by, even the port. The staff went above and beyond for us, we needed help getting tickets to a soccer game and he called the soccer stadium and another worker to try and get info for us, they even gave us sparkling wine and a hand written note since we were there for our honeymoon. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice and would stay again!!

Ruhiges Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage
Pros:

Ruhiges Hotel nah am lebhaften Zentrum und dem Hafen. Gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhige Zimmer, Betten gut, und grosse Dusche. Ideal für Kurzurlaub.

Cons:

Nur die Klimaanlage war nicht gaz perfekt. Etwas zu laut und sehr kalt nin der Nacht.

Pros:

Easy to walk to downtown, staff was attentive, breakfasts were great.

Cons:

Our room had strange smells throughout the couple nights we were there. Valet parking is available but it does cost something ( keep in mind ).

Bien situé pour visiter Heraklion.
Pros:

Très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique d’Heraklion à pieds.
Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner
Personnel très agréable
Parking payant en face de l’hôtel très pratique (15€/j) vu la difficulté de se garer à proximité

Cons:

À notre arrivée à 23h pour 2 nuits, la chambre qui nous a été donnée était déjà occupée. 🤨Heureusement qu’il restait une chambre de catégorie supérieure disponible car plus aucune autre chambre. Le lendemain nous avons dû quitter cette chambre et laisser nos bagages à la réception en journée. Le soir une nouvelle chambre nous a été attribuée. Nous avons toutefois regretté que nous n’ayons pas été prévenus que c’était une chambre pour personnes handicapées. La douche étant ouverte il y avait de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain et sur les WC juste à côté . Pas très cool.
L’hôtel a certes géré la situation de sur-booking , mais il nous semble que vu la catégorie de l’hôtel, un verre de l’amitié ou autre compensation aurait été un geste appréciable au regard de nos divers tracas .

Hôetel à taille humlaine, très sympa.
Pros:

Bon petit hôtel, bien situé près du centre, des commerces et des restaurants.
Superbe buffet de petit déjeuner, qu'on prend à l'intérieur ou plus à l'air, dans la cour intérieure.
Très bon accueil, très sympa d'offrir une petite boisson quand on arive.
Chambres parfaitement équipées.
Valet parking juste en face de l'hôtel, demander un voucher à l'hôtel pour y avoir une réduction.

Cons:

Rues étroites pour arriver à l'hôtel. Abords immédiats de l'hôtel pas toujours très nets
Mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien...
