Schönes Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Lage mitten im Zentrum, Parkhaus gleich gegenüber (Valet Parking), schönes Zimmer, schöne Frühstückauswahl, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Als ich bei der Abreise meine Geldbörse vergaß, wurde ich angerufen und sie wurde bis zur Abholung gut verwahrt.

I would stay here again
Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel and would stay there again. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all smell amazing. We got put into a room with a balcony with sea view which is nice. But the balcony is super small (thin) and the chairs have no back and so not sure if worth it. The breakfast has good options. To me the staff was the best though.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was not the best with where the toilet was in relation to the door. They have a magnifying mirror which is amazing but it is for very tall people. I am 5’1 and could not use it. The shower pressure also leaves something to be desired. I had to use the handheld option to rinse out the shampoo.

Modern hotel in good setting.
Pros:

DOM hotel was well-located with parking across the street. We walked to the archeological museum and dinner at the water. The hotel was modern and room adequate.

Pros:

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Στο καλύτερο σημείο του Ηρακλείου. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, με χαμόγελα και άριστα εκπαιδευμένο. Σύγχρονα δωμάτια και χώροι. Όποιος έρθει στο Ηράκλειο στο Dome να μείνει. Για να ξανάρθει!

Great modern hotel in the heart if Heraklion
Pros:

Great facility, fairly modern with clean rooms, spacious space and excellent location just a stone throw away from restaurants, cafes, bars and a market. Yet very quiet inside with good insulation and unrestricted AC (I hate central ACs where I depend on what someone else considers “cold enough”. So I love when hotels dont restrict that)

Cons:

Nothing. Breakfast was varied and not boring and great customer service
