Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, très propre, personnel très gentil. Bon petit déjeuner, varié et proposant le breakfast anglais en buffet.

Cons:

La chaleur épouvantable dans des chambres sans climatisation ni possibilité d’aérer. Ensemble un peu vétuste, équipement a minima… salle de bain vieillotte et peu confortable, robinetterie qui fonctionne mal ! Même pas d’eau froide par cette chaleur !

Pros:

Lovely welcome and just a calm, clean and relaxing space to return to every day - a short stroll from St Helier town centre and a few mins walk from Havre de Pas beach with its lido. Perfect.

Tres bon emplacement

Cons:

Lit 140 de mauvaise qualité (ressort dans le dos)
Insonorisation entre les chambres insuffisante
Pas de volet ni rideau occultant

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte schön auf der Terrasse sitzen zum Abendessen

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war allerdings nicht besonders, wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln, allerdings war dieses Thema auch nichts besonderes! Der Garten war leider nicht besonders gepflegt und morgen um fünf hat der Gärtner angefangen zu sprenkeln

Staff were lovely. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good location.

The plumbing buzzed when the toilet cistern was refilling. The shower was basic too.

Never met up to stars award overpriced basic for room

The property was close to the beach and walking distance to town

Cons:

The was very dated and small with old broken wardrobe, windows only opened slightly to let air in and needed cleaned, dripping water constantly through out day and night from outside window, the bed mattress was old and saggy not comfortable to sleep on. Very low budget bedroom

Pros:

L'emplacement est fabuleux, proche du centre et de la plage avec une belle ballade et des restaurants face à la mer.
Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner très complet. Tout était parfait !

Cons:

Les stores dans les chambres qui laissent passer la lumière du jour tôt le matin - il faut penser à apporter un masque

Pros:

An excellent place to stay. The room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything about our stay was smooth from start to finish.

A special thank you to Diana, Amanda and the entire team, who went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible, especially during the heatwave. We really appreciated their kindness and care.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this hotel, and would be delighted to return.
