Review Highlights

Pros:
Location (relative positive compared to other issues)
Cons:
Very poor cleanliness (garbage, no bed-sheet changes)

Billing confusion / extra GST charged after payment
No service available after payment; late-checkin / door not opened

Categories

Cleanliness
2.8
Multiple reviews mention very poor cleanliness: garbage left in room, no bed-sheet change in two days and generally dirty conditions.
Service
6.5
Service described as inconsistent and often poor (unresponsive staff, owner with bad manner, no service after payment, long tea delivery ~40min), but there are indications of some basic operational staff presence; score reflects mixed but overall weak service.
Location
9.5
Location is the most commonly-cited positive: one reviewer explicitly said 'everything except location.' Another noted distance from the main mandir, so reports are mixed, but location stands out as the relative strength among many negatives.
Room Quality
3.5
Room condition is criticized: dirty rooms, garbage present, lack of linen changes and poor upkeep reported.
Amenities
5.4
No explicit mention of general amenities in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Value for Money
5.5
Perceived value lowered by billing issues (GST extra after payment reported and confusion around charges), but base pricing appears typical for the area — mixed signals lead to a slightly below-/near-average rating.
Food and Beverage
4
Food/service for F&B criticized or absent (food service 'not there', very slow tea delivery); reflects poor F&B experience.
Overall Experience
6
Overall guest experience is negative in tone (recommendations to avoid, owner/staff behavior issues, lack of service), but the strong relative positive on location and some operational elements pulls the aggregated overall score toward a moderate rating.
