The stay was good except for just 1 drinking water issue
Pros:

The hotel was clean and nice
The receptionist mr. Nawaf was great.

Cons:

The staff was polite but nobody answered the phones for the room service.

Later when I personally told the staff on floor to bring water, they kept calling one another but nobody delivered the water bottles even after 3 reminders.
