Gostei da localização do hotel, da receptividade, do café da manhã. O quarto e confortável e aconchegante.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei foi do chuveiro. Que caia uma água gelada junto com a água quente.

Infelizmente não me atendeu por ter bebê de colo. Quarto pequeno, não tinha ar- condicionado, não era aconchegante.

Cons:

Hotel não ofereceu conforto! Muito barulho e quarto pequeno, não superou minhas expectativas!
Sentimos muito calor durante a noite por não ter ar- condicionado.

Quarto aconchegante e com ótima localização
Pros:

Gostamos bastante de nossa estadia, o quarto é super aconchegante e a localização é bem central e bem próximo da basílica.
Achei a localização super favorável e seguro pois conseguimos visitar o santuário e sair para jantar sem precisar sair de carro , achamos bem pertinho.
Ficamos em um quarto com sacada ,achei legal pois foi possível ver o trem passar bem próximo .
