The people working there were nice; that was the only good thing.

Cons:

The place was very dirty; it wasn't clean at all. Only the bed linen and pillows were clean. I’m not someone who likes leaving bad reviews, but it really wasn't good. I understand that the place might be small given the low price we paid, but I don't understand it not being clean; after all, when you rent out a place, hygiene should be up to standard. The staff were nice and pleasant.

One thing made us furious. We were taking rest in the afternoon and a boy for room service came in our room suddenly. It was against privacy and etiquettes.

Нормальне враження залишив лише номер на останньому поверсі

Cons:

На цокольному поверху таргани (на що нам сказали що ніби ну це ж цокольний поверх), після чого переселили з доплатою на інший поверх. Там було дуже багато клопів кругом. Кімнати прибираються жахливо. За весь час змінили 3 номери і в кожному були свої проблеми - фен не працює, двері у ванну кімнату не закриваються, грибок в душі, таргани, клопи, в номері на другому поверсі в душі вода збігає дуже погано і розповсюджується по всій ванній. Стіни абсолютно без звукоізоляції, нам довелось чути непристойні моменти за стіною. Чайника і утюга в номері немає.

Из всего персонала очень приветливые и ответственные сотрудники хаусклининга.

Cons:

Ресепшен очень наглый,дерзкий.Описание отеля мало соответствует действительности.Терасы нет,вид из окна -соседнее здание,зубной пасты и щёток нет,ресепшен вобще находится в другом здании.В ванной ни одной полочки ,чтоб положить заколку.Кафель очень скользкий
