FabHotel Rallkmas - DLF Phase 2 & MG Road Metro

I booked this hotel for 9 nights through Booking.com, but I ended up staying only 4 nights because the experience was unacceptable and made me uncomfortable staying there.

The biggest issue was that the hotel was changed to an entirely different property in a different location. I did not agree to this change, but was told that nothing could be done. The replacement hotel was also not properly prepared for my arrival. The staff initially did not even know about my booking. The new location was further from the places I had planned to visit, which also resulted in additional transportation costs.

The problems continued throughout my stay:

• WiFi did not work.
• No towels were provided unless I specifically asked for them.
• Towels were not properly replaced afterward.
• The room was not cleaned.
• Staff were rude and difficult to communicate with.
• Staff repeatedly called my room for no apparent reason, including early in the morning while I was sleeping, which was extremely disturbing.
• The overall experience was completely different from what I expected based on the original booking and listing.

I ultimately left after only 4 of the 9 nights because I did not feel comfortable continuing to stay there. This was not simply a case of changing my travel plans. I left because the accommodation and service were not acceptable.

What is even more disappointing is my experience with Booking.com customer service. I have used Booking.com for years, have made 50+ bookings and spent thousands of euros through the platform. When I reported these issues, I expected Booking.com to investigate properly and support me as a loyal customer.

Instead, my complaint was essentially dismissed based on the property's claim that I had “utilized the entire stay,” without addressing the serious issues I had reported.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property carefully research the current condition and location of the accommodation before booking.

Foreigners aren’t allowed

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life — it’s not a hotel, it’s a shoddy lodge. The AC doesn't work, the phone is dead, the doors are broken, and when you call customer service they tell you, ‘You paid online, so just stay — we can’t do anything.’ Don’t waste your time staying here."

Rooms might be a bit old, and have a peculiar room freshener but otherwise rooms are big
May not be as quiet as rooms are close to each other

No lift. Housekeeping not upto the mark. Washrooms were not very clean. Intercom was not working. No tea was available in the room.
