Staff members were very kind. Very reasonable price to do laundry.

I thought the bistro was overpriced. The room was kind of dark and cramped. Overall I have been to much nicer Courtyards.

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was advertised as providing 24/7 shuttle service to the airport which was one main reason I booked there. But upon arrival I found that was not true and had to make other arrangements to get to the airport for a 6:45 am flight.

Pros:

According to my booking and what I was charged for each room was almost $ 20.00 more per room.

Cons:

The overcharge and one of the rooms not being ready when we arrived.

Nice stay! I would certainly return.
Pros:

Very clean and well kept. Sleeping was comfortable. Price was great!

Cons:

The Booking.com website indicates breakfast available. However, breakfast is not included in the stay.

Pros:

The front desk associate was exceptional. She was so friendly and helpful. I asked a simple question about the airport and she went above and beyond to to research and print out info for me. She was so friendly and personable. She starts people’s stay off the right way.
