Comfortable, Clean and safe
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and neat. They did cater to all our requests and it was a bonus that there were 2 restaurants within the hotel that we could eat at and not have to travel out. I travelled alone with my son and we felt safe and comfortable throughout.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a card for exit and entry into the parking as we had to scan my ID every time I had to enter? leave and we did make many trips in and out as my son played in a tournament in a nearby school. Room service was very slow on Sunday and missed out take away breakfast delivery time even though I did arrange the day before. As a result we had to leave without breakfast.

Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

Spacious beautifully appointed room and gorgeous grounds.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but Joburg has a major crime problem so it’s not safe to walk around the area

Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the amenities are great.

Cons:

Always a hot water issue here, water is never hot and bed sheets always feel strangely coarse. These 2 improvements would make a difference.

Pros:

Safe and secure

Cons:

Don’t use the hotel for day trips although our driver was great the cost is not comparable to other options - dryer didn’t work in the room.
