Great location and enjoyable stay for 3 nights. We will book again.
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are nice. Great location close to Topanga Village and Westfield Mall.

Cons:

Some of the Valet staff were rude and nasty. The entrance was full, so we had to pause to load our luggage, and the valet staff was blowing their horns and yelling while we were in the car. Also, we were having breakfast on Sunday morning when there was some kind of church service upstairs, and the clapping and yelling were too loud. Guests in the lobby and restaurants don't need to hear all that noise.

Smooth 3-day corporate conference due to great customer service
Pros:

Third year hosting a high-profile company conference at this hotel and it has never disappointed. Newly refreshed decor this year was an added bonus. George and his team were fantastic: executed every room layout exactly as promised, every food & beverage order was served on time and was delicious, and any last minute change or hiccup was smoothed over with professionalism. And to be clear, the changes and hiccups came from me! Diana was also incredible, making the planning and days-of the event go smoothly. And Suleyma managed our room reservation block like a boss. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Our experience was phenomenal!! Beautiful rooms, fantastic food & exceptional service!! From front desk staff, valet staff and wait staff (Mike C.), everyone was friendly, very helpful & provided 5 star service. We will always stay here for any trip, vacation or visit to the area.

It was great and easy
Pros:

Nice amenities, good security, safe parking, cold fridge, nice staff,

Cons:

Walk to parking but having the walkway made up for it and they let u park to unload at the entrance. And there is valet for an extra dollar to avoid the walk.

Wonderful experience at the Woodland Hills Hilton
Pros:

We were greeted outside of the hotel, and the front counter staff was quick and efficient . We had a large, nicely furnished room. We were taken care of in the mornings at breakfast by Mike C and in the evenings at the bar/restaurant by Will and James. They all were friendly, professional, and took great care of us! Everything was wonderful.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

I am staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills and l and working in my room (Friday). My husband and I came down for breakfast and met your employee Oscar. I wanted to take my breakfast to go as I was working. Although your restaurant normally does not allow to go orders or room service Jose made it happen. He was very pleasant and extremely accommodating. I ask that you recognize his superior customer service. It’s employees like Oscar that make your hotel a success. Thank you!!

Pros:

Babette and her crew are simply amazing. From start to finish she helped us make our event spectacular. I never had to worry about anything. The Hilton is a great location for any event. My students were so impressed with the venue. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. I will always have my Military Ball at the Hilton in Woodland Hills. Thank you Babette for the great experience.

This place sucks
Pros:

The bed was alright..

Cons:

Old hotel... air conditioner was too loud so I had to move my rooms to a quieter air conditioner room and it was still loud but at least I could sleep mostly it woke me up early with a congested nose. In the first room I was in there was Gunk on the baseboard and Millwork in the bathroom. The facility charges for a bottled water parking and an exorbitant rate per night. There's no swimming pool, Spa, workout room and there's no free breakfast. They do have a restaurant on site but it's expensive and you have to buy your own breakfast.

A fine hotel,with high standards
Pros:

This hotel was very clean,with good lighting,and its restaurant,and event hall very well kept.
This is a Pet friendly hotel,and despite that its very well kept.
The food is excellent and house keeping is good. They have a good variety of teas and coffee packs
Pool and excersise room is of good quality.
