Wonderful staff. Great location. Good facility. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and good water pressure in the bathroom. Love the fashion shows in the lobby. Valet parking a nice option.
Air conditioning blows too hard right on the bed. Would be nice if there were a fan in the bathroom as it gets very hot in there. Sad that there is no pool in such a warm location. Stark grey and white decor is a bit cold for my taste.

ランドリーの受付時間が用紙にあったものと違った。9時までと書いてあったので、7時半に持って行ったら、遅すぎる,7時までだと言われ、翌日5時半に行ったら、今日の分は終わったと言われた。多分やる気がないんだろう。腹が立ったが、所詮その程度のホテルなんだろう。

They didn't have room service to deliver our dessert. I didn't want to have to leave my room to get food.

Only one small restaurant
Two king size beds! A desk; a comfy chair. A frig. Nightlight in the bathroom. Restaurant/bar downstairs. Beautiful room.
no microwave. There was a balcony, but the sliding door was screwed shut.
I chose a room through the app and checked in online. The room was supposed to be done by 3.00 PM to get the digital key. After 4 long conversations with the front desk and customer service, the room number changed 3 times, and the room was finally prepared at 6.30 PM! I had to wait for 3.5 hours to get in my room!
The self and valet parking is ridiculously expensive as well.
No free breakfast is included for Hilton Honors members as well.
Very disappointed, will not stay again at this location!
For the price I payed it was not overall what I expected, I was hoping to have an amazing stay but clearly there was plenty of errors such as no towels, shampoo, lack of cleaning and lack of toilet paper.Came back to the hotel after 7 hours just to find out there was no service.
Always a very nice stay. Rooms are nice, quiet and very clean. The atmosphere is inviting and calm. Breakfast is nice, with Mike and the other staff taking care of everything.
Nice location too, with many dining options within walking.
