DO NOT STAY HERE! STAFF/HOUSEKEEPER STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!
Stayed here for a few days of vacation. On 3rd day where they had to do room service at our room we got back around 10pm. The floor was not cleaned, the trash was not taken care of, no hand and face towel, no bath mat, no soap!!!!!!! And guess what, our beds were made thanks i guess????
I had to go downstairs with a very dismissive lady when I was expressing my concerns regarding lack of stuffs for housekeeping.
Regarding the money stolen it was $160 total and was kept on the pocket of my bag inside the room and it was in the luggage. I took a photo before i left the room of what it looks like and when i came back, my comb was upside down, i had ipads shoved all the way in the bag (i put it on the surface only). The point is housekeeping here cannot be trusted at all. And also, what do you mean “we do housekeeping every other day to keep it eco friendly.” I’ve been on few hotels where housekeeping is everyday and NEVER i had money stolen away from me. To WHOEVER STOLE IT I HOPE YOU GET KARMA WITH THAT MONEY. And I dont care if you’re in total need or whatever. ITS NOT RIGHT TO STEAL!!!
Also, breakfast is gross. There’s only 1 staff to accommodate the floor during the breakfast hours and I can see how exhausted they are and thus it results to not so great service.
This hotel is not the greatest. Rooms are tiny as well. I do not recommend it.

I love the hotel room so comfortable I go again and again everybody is helpful thanks a lot . those pillows were very soft and comfy. I really enjoyed sleeping there.
I love everything about it
Wonderful staff. Great location. Good facility. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and good water pressure in the bathroom. Love the fashion shows in the lobby. Valet parking a nice option.
Air conditioning blows too hard right on the bed. Would be nice if there were a fan in the bathroom as it gets very hot in there. Sad that there is no pool in such a warm location. Stark grey and white decor is a bit cold for my taste.
