Pros:

La situación y la amabilidad de casi todo el personal.

Cons:

Todo perfecto a excepción de algún comentario impertinente al salir el martes después de comer con un señor que estaba en el mostrador de admisión, con poco respeto y le apunté que debería comunicar a los futuros clientes que aparquen el coche en el garaje del hotel, que aunque apenas se ve la señal de salida, que no pasen por la rotonda de las vías a la izquierda de la salida, para dirigirse directamente al puente.
Espero que esa mala maniobra por desconocimiento no me acarree una sanción.
Por lo demás todo perfecto y seguiré usando esa cadena de hoteles encantado.

Excelente opción para visitar Zaragoza
Pros:

Los detalles que tiene siempre la cadena NH con el cliente, y la amabilidad del personal.
La ubicación es excelente para visitar Zaragoza. Justo en el centro y en la puerta la parada del tranvía.

Cons:

El parking es demasiado angosto, especialmente para salir, y no hay aparcamiento para todos los clientes.
Entraba demasiada luz por la ventana, a pesar de las cortinas.
Cama para nuestro gusto dura, y el sofá cama durísimo.
La cafetería y restaurante debería tener más opciones sin gluten, y agradecería que estuviera asociado a la Asociación de Celíacos de Aragon, o directamente a FACE, ya que es la única manera de tener una relativa seguridad alimentaria para las personas celiacas.
