Pros:

I booked 3 rooms at this location on July the 3rd and checked in at 4am. The night auditor was nice and helpful given the time that we got there after a long drive from Florida. I checked in to room 510 which was not fit to be used as dog kennel to say the least. It was outdated with an overwhelming smell of mildew and wet carpet. I attempted to shower but to my shock the bathroom was filthy with faeces on the toilet seat and a dirty shower/floor. I BARELY had any sleep since I had to change rooms at 4.45 am and switch all luggage after being locked out of the original room. Up on my departure I realized that I was missing my IPAD therefore I called the hotel trying to get it back. Abigail at the front desk was very helpful and sensitive to my situation. She was not able to find therefore she advised that a manager will call me or email me to follow up on this situation. We also had only 1 car but got charged for parking for 2.After waiting for a week I called the 1800 number but to no avail.
Hampton Inn does not care about their guests.

Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I have nothing but praise for it! The hotel is excellent, the staff are wonderful and very helpful, and the breakfast is also very good.

Today, however, I would especially like to recognize one of the housekeeping employees, Cintia Yasmin. All of the staff members are wonderful and attentive, but she deserves special recognition. Every time she cleaned my room, she did it with such a positive attitude and happiness, and she always left everything impeccably clean, as if I had just arrived at the hotel.

Congratulations to Cintia Yasmin for her excellent work and kindness! If every hotel in the United States had employees as dedicated and helpful as the staff at this hotel, it would be wonderful. I will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

we didnt try the breakfast because the place itself didnt feel clean

Cons:

it was not what I chose online. We could barely move around in the room. The room smelled dirty. Upon check i did not get the $80 refund that I was promised.

Pros:

Good location, close to Galleria Mall, Target, many other shops. Close to great restaurants

Cons:

Electricity went out twice, there was one day that there was no water early in the morning.

Pros:

I really liked the hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very efficient, cleaning my room every day. The reception staff were also very helpful. My intention was to stay longer, but the hotel doesn’t have a laundry machine.

Pros:

I always stay with this hotel chain because the service is usually very good and consistent. The hotel is comfortable, the room was cleaned perfectly every day, and overall my stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Cons:

This time, I noticed for the first time that part of the hotel looks very outdated. The old walls, worn furniture, scratches, and overall dated feel of the room slightly affected my impression. However, this was mostly balanced by the excellent daily housekeeping and some staff members who were very kind and helpful
