Location is great. The price for me was perfect

Cons:

The staff could communicate much better. At one point, the fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated the building, but none of the staff gave any instructions or updates. Guests were left confused and unsure of what to do. When the alarm stopped, the cleaners simply began going back inside, but no member of staff confirmed whether it was safe for guests to return. Everyone just assumed it was safe because the alarm had stopped. I found this very unprofessional, especially in a situation involving guests’ safety. Even the simplest level of communication and coordination would have made a big difference.

I would come back
Pros:

Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Pool was clean. Room was clean as well. Sheets smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast had too many option. Coffee was great.

Cons:

Parking fee should be included in the price. Its a considerable amount per night.

for the same price I was able to stay at a Hilton hotel less than a mile away that was a ton better

when we discussed the parking fee there should not be sign about theft we pay for safety

the fact that I searched free parking and you popped up and then we get there and had to pay $29 to park we couldn't cancel because we would have been charged a penalty and have to look for another place to stay
