This time, I noticed for the first time that part of the hotel looks very outdated. The old walls, worn furniture, scratches, and overall dated feel of the room slightly affected my impression. However, this was mostly balanced by the excellent daily housekeeping and some staff members who were very kind and helpful

В номере старая мебель. Дверь в ванную комнату ужасная, как будто её грызла собака. Вытяжка в ванной комнате не работала. Обои отклеивались, плесень на стенах. Фен лежал в грязном мешочке. Кавролин в номере был настолько грязный что прилипали ноги. А тапочки или халат они не предоставляют. Бутылочку воды также не оставляют на столе.

Ужасное состояние отеля,просто необходим ремонт. Покрытие в номере,хуже чем в холле у лифта. Ходить не возможно,нужно ходить только в обуви!!!На улице чище,ты прилипаешь к полу!!!И это не вина персонала,просто давно требуется ремонт и обновить покрытие в номерах!!!Ребенку дали кроватку,в грязном состоянии, пришлось самой все мыть. И деткам не дают никаких постельных принадлежностей,хорошо у меня были пеленки собой. Бассейн грязный. Вообще я очень разочарована, никогда не думала что в этой сетке отелей может быть такое!!!

The bed was so uncomfortable. The furniture looked old and damaged. The walls looked very warn. Smelled like weed.

The evening desk person wasn’t very helpful when I asked about places to walk for dinner. Maybe a list would be better if the person isn’t friendly.

the rooms were dirty, run down. Everything I asked the desk for I had to go down and get it myself, lastly the 29 dollar/a day cgarge for parking- YOU HAVE SOME NERVE

En una semana, now hicieron la habitacion un solo dia, muy sucio y muy mal de parte de @booking, porque nunca nos aviso eso. No hubo limpieza!! Terrible!!

I have traveled for the last 20 years for work, and I can honestly say that everything was exceptional. To me the staff was happy to be of service anytime needed. It felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs, and it was a pleasure to assist the people staying at your facility. I would honestly have to dig hard to find something that I didn't like, but it would have been useful to have local shuttle. I understand that adding this could add to the cost of the stay, so I would honestly rather not have a shuttle and keep the cost of the stay down. Thanks to all the staff for continuing to do what they do.
