Great Location and Staff, But the Rooms Need an Update
Pros:

Wonderful Staff: The team here is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions.
​Garden Access: Our room had direct access to the garden, which was a lovely, peaceful bonus in the middle of the city.
​Comfortable Beds: The beds were very cozy, ensuring we all got a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing.
​Convenient Location: The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it incredibly easy and quick to travel to all of Paris's main attractions.

Cons:

Outdated Rooms: The interior felt quite tired, with noticeably worn-out and dated furniture.
​Poor Soundproofing: The walls are on the thinner side. We could clearly hear the sound of running water from neighboring rooms.
​Musty Odor: There was a persistent damp/musty smell in the room, which wasn't very pleasant.
​No Private Parking: If you are traveling by car, be prepared to look for alternative options as the hotel lacks its own parking facility.

Très déçu par cet hôtel, trop bruyant
Pros:

Ll'hôtel est très proche des restaurants, commerces et station de métro, ce qui est un avantage en soi. En revanche le séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Cons:

Chambre au 1er étage très mal insonorisé, (on entend très distinctement les conversations des personnes se trouvant dans les chambres mitoyennes, les écoulements d'eau pour baignoire ou douche, tirage chasse d'eau)
Le métro passe sous l'hôtel (bruit et tremblements)
Lit trop étroit 140 cm, surmatelas de mauvaise qualité.
Pas de douche mais baignoire.
Coussin de chaise taché.

Very comfortable and nice stay at reasonable value
Pros:

The staffs were very nice and absolutely helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to Metro, Supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast were commendable.

Impossible to get a decent rest with the noise from the metro.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location in that it was located very near a metro station, with lots of nice bakeries, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The reception staff were cordial. There is a small little garden which is nice.

Cons:

I specially asked for a quiet room when I booked two nights in this hotel. I was allocated a room on first floor and could hear the metro every night till about 1am. As each metro passed underneath, there was a loud rumble which made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. The first night I was there I got back late from an event so it was not as disruptive but then on the second night it was really loud. The room was quite small with a television that only had French stations. There was no air conditioning. Some homeless people were situated across the street from the hotel and the building next door was dirty and unkempt. The room was over priced at 160 euro a night for one person.

La literie plus qu'usagée et donc casse-dos; le chauffage réduit et froid dans la chambre malgré des températures basses ; absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain avec une fenêtre disjointe; une baignoire bouchée équipée d'un rideau de douche trempant dans l'eau.

Pros:

Positionarea hotelului este buna, statia de metrou este foarte aproape, dar hotelul este departe de centru si de punctele turistice.

Cons:

In camera mirosea a vechi si ranced, in cosul de gunoi de la baie era gunoil de la cazarea anterioara, capacul de la toaleta era rupt si cada ciobita. Mocheta din camera era foarte murdara iar mirosul insuportabil. Dupa ce am vazut cum arata camera nu am mai indraznit sa mancam micul dejun acolo si am mancat la o cafenea din apropiere. Am fost total dezamagiti de acest hotel mai ales la suma platita. Nu stiu de unde atatea comentarii pozitive. Cazarea in acest hotel ne-a stricat concediul. Nu recomand !!!

Bon établissement bien situé au personnel serviable et souriant
Pros:

L'accueil et le personnel souriant et serviable, à l'écoute, la qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner qui était copieux et varié, l'emplacement de l'hôtel très bien situé et proche d'une station de métro.

Cons:

La salle de bain vieillissante avec une tringle de rideau cassée, le support de la douchette cassé, la porte du meuble de salle de bain cassée.
