Pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attendais pour un week-end avec ma fille.
Cons:

L'Etat de décrépitude de la chambre . Vasque abimée les canalisations qui ne se vident pas correctement. Les boutons du jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement.
et en fin de séjour aucune proposition de remise de la part du staff.

Hôtel bien située avec parking gratuit et arrêt de bus juste devant pour aller facilement en centre ville. Le Spa est vraiment super, que ce soit les parties intérieures mais aussi celle à l’extérieur. Vraiment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bons avec des produits locaux et beaucoup de choix. Je pense revenir après la rénovation pour voir le changement et profiter du spa.

Cons:

J’avais demandé 2 lits simples à la réservation et nous avons eu un lit double. Arrivée à 15h notre chambre n’était pas prête. Quand nous sommes revenues quelques heures plus tard l’attente à la réception était très longue car il n’y avait qu’une seule personne en poste. Le Check in n’a donc pas été une expérience agréable. Chambre a la décoration vieillissante (rénovation prévue pour 2027 heureusement il y en a besoin) surtout la salle de bain qui ne donnait pas envie. Au moment de nous coucher il faisait froid dans la chambre, apparemment il y a eu un problème de chauffage, nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires mais il n’y en avait pas. La réception nous a fourni rapidement un radiateur d’appoint mais ça ne suffisait pas.
