It was very clean, comfortable, good safety features. The staff were excellent, especially Ana who went out of her way to assist me.

Good location. It's clean and spacious rooms.
Location was great
Room wasn’t available when we got there despite paying in full months before.
Ended up on a sofa bed.
The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, but I felt it was a little expensive and could have offered more variety, especially for vegan guests. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.
