Great service front desk lady and Shana the cook
Pros:

Had a good stay. The lady at the front desk and Shayna at the restaurant were great host. Santa gave me directions to a restaurant I needed to for my acclamation back in North Carolina. She got really busy and handled her customers with great ease and grace and I did not get a chance to thank her for helping me. Please let these two ladies know that I thank them for their service.

Exceeded My Expectations
Pros:

Check in was a breeze, everything was able to be found easily. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was great with good water pressure. I really enjoyed the easy shut doors on all the rooms, thanks to that, the rooms were very quiet. I slept well in the comfortable bed and check out was a breeze also.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't great was the small-ish elevator, but I really didn't mind that. Other than that, our stay was really enjoyable.
