Relaxing and fun despite a few issues
Pros:

Beautiful property, lots of amenities on site. The pool was awesome and the staff was great.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in room was leaking and soaked the carpet. Maintenance came and emptied condensation. The carpet remained wet for the entire trip. Also, the room was located facing the atrium of the hotel and it was very very noisy. Next time I would request a room that’s further inside the halls and not open to the entire hotels, restaurants, etc..

Beautiful grounds and room. Service could have been more efficient.
Pros:

It is very beautiful, the room was nice and the housekeeping staff and wait staff at Cava were terrific.

Cons:

They seemed a bit understaffed. Had to wait quite awhile at the front desk. Had to call room service a few times to get them to remove our tray. The valet area was kind of a jumble. They brought your car and then you were blocked in by other cars and couldn’t get out.

Good location, lots of activities for kids, good pool, nice staff

Cons:

Walls in the rooms don’t block noise well. Can hear everything going on in the hallway of if the next room has the tv on

Cons:

Miscellaneous little charges added to my tab. I have to call tomorrow regarding these charges. Hotel not busy but wouldn’t extend my checkout saying I need to be the next tier bonvoy member. I have been coming to this hotel every year for past 10 years.
