Dia Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Wir hatten 6 Tage gebucht langfristig vorher, und bekamen nur ein Zimmer im 10.Stock ( bei 32 Stockwerken). Vor dem Hotel befindet Sich eine Großbaustelle die den Blick auf die Sands Bay deutlich verschlechterte. Zusätzlich war der Besuch der Bar im 32 Stock nicht im Preis inbegriffen, der sollte allen Hotelgästen freistehen

Wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and really lovely pool. Club food needs a review.

All staff from doorman when we arrived at 6:30am, check-in, Club reception and welcome, absolutely everyone we spoke to whop served us at the Club, all staff to help us manage our bags and ultimately leave were just outstanding. A credit to the hotel and truely lovely people. The facilities and particularly the room were absolutely amazing, the pool a really pleasant surprise, so nice to spend the afternoon in. As a one night stopover, where we did not want to go into the city, this hotel was perfect.

Cons:

When looking for a Club Room experience we had read that the food offered at Ritz was next level, I think one review suggested it was a 'Gourmet Club Experience'. Breakfast was fantastic and was really enjoyable, but the food offered throughout the day didn't meet that standard. The evening food was actually poor and cold, it was well below what we expected, below other hotels and we really felt that it did not meet any standard that could be called Ritz Carlton. A real shame as this was what we had booked into the hotel for in our one night stop over.

Der Service des Ritz-Carlton lässt keine. Wünsche offen, das Frühstück mit 7 Live Küchen ist einzigartig, SPA, Poolarea und Gym lassen einen vergessen, dass man in einem Stadthotel ist.

Cons:

Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, dann die etwas altmodisch anmutende Einrichtung der Zimmer, die aber technisch dennoch auf gutem Niveau sind.

The Staff, The view, the service. Exceeded all expectation.
Pros:

So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!

The Staff make a large hotel feel like a home away from home.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable, but the Staff were exceptional. We particularly want to mention Brandon who welcomed two weary travellers at Recrption and met us again and farwelldd us when we left. The Conciege Hakim went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the most of our Singapore stopover.
