The Perfect Place for a Milestone Anniversary

We chose to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, and the experience exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived after our overnight flight, the hotel made us feel truly special. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade and were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. To make our celebration even more memorable, the team surprised us with a beautifully prepared congratulatory dessert tray.

Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, courteous, and paid exceptional attention to detail. We were especially impressed that some of the Club Lounge staff even remembered our preferred tea order each morning, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our 30th anniversary celebration so memorable. We will always treasure the wonderful memories created during our stay

Stay Was OverAll okay!!

Cons:

Everything was good overall. However, the glass cleaning was sometimes carried out while I was taking a shower. I could see the cleaner moving up and down outside the bathroom window, which was quite disturbing and affected my privacy.

Another disappointment was that there was no dedicated area where I could comfortably sit and meet my friends or family.

On my last day, I visited the coffee shop near the reception, but the staff refused to offer me a seat because all the tables were occupied by outside guests due to it being a Saturday. I would have appreciated it if they had accommodated me as an **in-house guest** (or **hotel guest**), even if it meant giving me priority over non-resident visitors.

Gym and sauna needs an upgrade. Weight lifting equipment is old and substandard for a gym in this price category.

A genuine 5 star experience - great service, excellent facilities, great food and wonderful location

Excellent customer service - very welcoming and the Club Lounge is great value.

Construction - but that is unavoidable and did not impact on our experience.
