From the time we arrived until the time we left the entire hotel team went above and beyond all of our expectations. The facilities and location were absolutely perfect with an absolutely amazing view of the city. Looking forward to visiting again next time we’re in the area

Excellent club lounge
Pros:

The room is luxurious, bed linen is extremely comfortable. The designs of the room is a bit dated but it’s very well maintained. The club experience was amazing, especially the staff at club lounge. They knew us by name, and made an effort to interact and make us feel at ease. They really were the star of the stay.

Great stay in an iconic hotel!
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and luxurious hotel. Breakfast and staff service were outstanding, as well as the view and dimension of the room!

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but the construction site in front of the hotel is quite noisy, especially if people are relaxing at the pool. Perhaps, if not posted, would be worth informing the guest prior booking.
