Great location, service, comfortable room plus expansive buffet breakfast.
Pros:

Very luxurious and comfortable in an outstanding location. We loved the delicious breakfast buffet at Serena. Confortable, well-appointed room. Fun to receive pajamas and slippers for our stay.

笑顔で快適
Pros:

玄関入り口受付の所から、女性スタッフが素晴らしい笑顔でキャリーバッグを預かってくれました。
とても感じの良い方でした。お陰様で気持ちよく仕事が出来てすごく満足です。
