Exceptional service
Pros:

Exceptional service, great location being so close to Hakata station. Japanese breakfast was a major winner - delicious food served by very attentive staff, thank you.

너무 친절한 접객. 체크인 전 짐을 맡겼더니 방에 올려다줌.
체크인 후 방까지 직접안내.
이용시 인지해야 할 사항들에 대한 충분항 안내.
체크아웃 후 택시 요청에 뛰어서 택시를 잡아줌.
그렇게까진 안해도 괜찮은데 감사했음.
하루만 있었지만 다음에 또 다시 방문라고 싶게 만드셨네요.

整體住宿感覺非常的好。空間大、置物方便、睡得好、交通便利。
Pros:

飯店地理位置好，距離車站很近，交通便利。房間真的很大很舒適，即使行李箱打開都不會覺得動線被干擾，有沙發跟桌子可用餐，置物的地方非常多。另外，我想大力稱讚日航飯店的床墊，以前住宿的地方都偏軟，常常睡不好且腰酸背痛，這次是第一次睡了好幾天都不會身體痠痛，而且睡得很好的飯店。服務人員也很和善，只有房間的燈光偏暗而已。

Cons:

其中有一天晚餐選擇在飯店的自助餐餐廳用餐，不過菜色偏少，口味上感覺比較適合喜歡喝酒的人，但是價格不便宜。因為吃過台灣日航飯店的自助餐，覺得價格差不多但是體驗上差蠻多的。

We will stay here again in our next visit! The staff here are kind and go the extra mile, they accompany you to elevator
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel minutes from Hakata station with direct access to the underground walkway from hotel elevator. Metro, airport and Shinkansen at your doorstep. 7 Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart all right there. Hakata Old Town and Canal City within walking distance. Room service and services overall are outstanding.
