The hotel is having significant external renovation and i was woken by loud drilling and hammering from 7.45 which went on till i left the room at 10.45.I reported this to reception and explained that i think they should be informing people when they are booking that significant work on the building is taken place which will creat alot of noise in your room

The lactation was great. The public areas are lovely.
The toilet in our room often needed 2 sometimes 3 times. We had a disabled wet room. I did not ask for this and would prefer a normal bathroom.
